Quick and safe
I needed a template for a Loan Agreement at short notice. Simply Docs Corporate gave me a choice of templates. Having selected the appropriate one it was merely a matter of entering the names dates and amounts. The first draft was accepted without amendment by the other side's solicitors.

Keep expanding the range. And perhaps add a 'bespoke' service whereby a customer could seek a specific document/precedent e.g., I have been looking for a 'community cafe' document...however, having said that, I did find a precedent which I could work - up from and use as a base document.
