First Time Customer
This was my first time ordering from Simply Dresses. I will be a repeat customer. An issue occured where the site froze during my payment processing. I refreshed my page, but that caused me to be charged twice. I emailed customer service and had a response and resolution within 24 hours. My dress arrived within 4 business days. I was afraid to order at first, but I’m glad I did. Dress fits well, material is great, and I’m satisfied with my purchase and customer service.

The quality of the dress was amazing. It was beautiful and exactly as pictured, unfortunately the fit was just off for my 5' frame and I had to return.

Zipper broke. Beautiful dress, fit great but zipper broke immediately after zipping up the dress.

I am disappointed with the sizes of the dress. My size is a medium. I ordered a medium in 1 dress and a large in another dress because large was the only size they had left. The medium fits but not the large. I cannot return it because it was a clearance item. I am disappointed with the services and will not order from your store anymore.

The sizes were ridiciculous
The sizes were ridiciculous, not standard sizing at all. Ran extremely small. I normally have no trouble with standard plus size cllothing, but in this case it was almost laughable how small the dress I recieved actually was.

For example, this designer's 3XLarge is equivalent to their size 16. Most people will wear a larger size in formal dresses than casual clothing. Dresses are of very good quality and they offer a very large variety. Orders ship and arrive quickly. Great customer service and return policy.
I wish they could offer more help giving guidance on finding the right size but at the same time I understand they have to be careful making recommendations ...people can easily try to use that against them for returns.....
One thing I don't like is that they advertise a lot of dresses that aren't available for sale yet....I know cause I fell in love with many of them and was greatly disappointed seeing that I couldn't have them until 2 months after my event. Overall highly recommended site!

They claim that they have plus sizes up…
They claim that they have plus sizes up to 3X. I'm a size 18 which is normally is an XL or 1X. I couldn't even zipper up the 3X.
