I had an amazing experience from start to finish with asking for recommendations and then buying by daughters new car seat. My questions were answered quickly and I had remote help to install the car seat. Super fast delivery. My only regret is that I didn’t order my first car seat through them!

The seat itself was fine but I feel guilty for recommending this company to my friends as after my experience seeking help I would never buy from here again. Think the owner needs to remember people are asking questions because they care about the safety of their children who are completely irreplaceable and so may be vulnerable or scared, her responses come over as judgemental, rude and argumentative.

Very knowledgeable business. Super fast delivery, ordered later at night and was shipped first thing the next morning. Really helpful with advice on fit of both seat in car and my son in his seat, was quick to reply to the messages too. Highly recommend, and will definitely use simply safe again if we need another car seat in the future.

Great communication throughout the course of the order. The seat arrived earlier than planned (I'd asked if it could be delayed as we were away) however the owner was very apologetic and offered to have the seat collected and redelivered, but this wasn't necessary. Gave aftercare advice on the fit and I am delighted with the seat. I would feel confident purchasing from Simply Safe again in future as I would feel reassured that if there were to be any issues that they would be dealt with promptly and professionally based on my experience this time. Always very helpful, shipped the same day so we received our car seat the next day without having to pay extra, great aftercare too.

I have purchased 3 seats and a car seat bag from simply safe
The first seat my avionaut sky I had a face to face appointment with Gabi, as a first time mum I wanted to make sure I was 100% confident with the installation and fitting of my seat. My other two seats have been delivered via post- all of which arrived fast and all boxes etc in tact.
The aftercare through the page is brilliant- so nice to be able to message for support and have a fast response.
Nothing more important than your child’s safety and grateful for all I have learnt through this company.

Owner is extremely rude and I would avoid this company like the plague!

Absolutely disgusting service, no people skills what so ever. Blocked from her page even after I’ve purchased. Takes forever to reply and is just plain right rude. Take your purchase’s elsewhere. Always check reviews first wish I did.
In reply- obviously that was a typo and I meant I had brought a seat from you. Yeah but it’s false advertising because you claim to give after support no matter the price!!!!

I’ve just bought my 3rd seat from Simply Safe in 3 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The install support, support with the fit of my child and insert removals, and also their advice and recommendations on what seats best suited to our car/situation/child’s percentiles is a service you don’t get in most other shops. Service is always fast and friendly, and it always helps me sleep better knowing I’ve supported a knowledgable independent business rather than a big corporate. You definitely know Simoly Safe wants is genuinely all about safety and not profit

After purchasing 2 car seats (a while ago) and an Axkid protector (recently) through the owner of this business, I messaged her twice to inform her the potty training car seat protector does not work and I'd like to return/refund this as it is faulty, other reviews online suggest it is good so mine must be faulty.

She replied back stating it cannot be returned as urinated on (obviously) and said my child may not be ready to be potty trained if having frequent accidents.

My child is 2, very recently potty trained and has had a total of 2 accidents in the car - on top of the axkid protector which is literally designed to protect the car seat from accidents. I messaged back to inform her this was inappropriate to comment on and that this product is designed for potty training. She was incredibly rude and said she cannot accept the return and told me I am not a rational person, blocking me immediately. I am left with no specialist car seat advice for the two seats I paid over £600 for and will be contacting the manufacturers of which I have purchased from to inform them.

The appropriate response would have been to say no it cannot be returned however it could be refunded (£22.50) or to advise to ask Axkid for advice. However she commented on my child's abilities and my parenting then insulting me.

Horrific experience and as someone who previously supported her I am incredibly annoyed at this ordeal. She blocked me from the business page and the Facebook support page as a result.

Simply Safe Car Seats: I don’t want to offer any advice out of line here, but if the child has having been frequent accidents, they’re really not ready to be potty trained :)

My response: Are you joking? She has had 2 accidents in the car, once the week we started training and once on holiday when asleep - both of which the advertised product is supposed to help with however did not. This is what the product exists for that you are selling. This is not your fault it is a manufacturing issue however as a retailer should manage these complaints. How can you tell me my child is not ready to be potty trained when I have only messaged on two separate occasions to inform you it has been tested twice and does not work at all. You are absolutely out of line, how inappropriate to expect a just 2 year old to not have any accidents ever when first training and suggesting in fact it is her fault that the product does not work. I am actually raging about this to be honest because I have supported you and your company through all the hate you get online to be then be told this?

There are further messages where she is rude in response then blocked me. Frankly it is unprofessional to give unsolicited and rude parenting advice about a child you have never met. The professional thing to do was state due to hygiene reasons it cannot be returned (obviously, however has been cleaned and coming from a business that sells cloth nappies is ironic) but should have been directed to the manufacturers for support or offered a refund for faulty product. Highly inappropriate.

Do not order from simply safe car seats!!! I spent £465 on a car seat, got sent the wrong one which turned out to be their loan seat. After trying to get this returned multiple times I had one attempt from DPD which failed (unsure why as I was in, I live on a new build estate so could have got the address mixed up? This isn’t the company’s fault and I know this). But I only ever received emails from DPD with an attempt once! They offered a code to take it to the post office. I’m disabled with a 6 month old baby, so carrying a massive and heavy box was not suitable so declined this. After all this wasn’t my mistake anyway, but if I wasn’t disabled I probably would have gone to the post office as I’m that sort of person! It was taking up my whole kitchen, I live in a 1 bedroom house so it was really in the way. After they said it’s fine to leave outside, I assumed I would be fine to leave it outside under a tarp behind my car infront on the camera hence why I messaged. I’m so upset, as I’m not a nasty person, but I’ve had this in my kitchen since 15th August, and I’ve been pretty lenient with it considering a lot of people would of propper kicked off by now! Especially after spending so much money!

I am now banned from the car seat safety group, as they are admin. Which has also upset me because I used it to get advice on the safety on my baby in the car seat they sold me. Even though I never posted any slander about them on there!

A really easy process from start to finish! Communication was brilliant - super quick replies and helpful information when it came to deciding between seats. Once ordered, delivery was really speedy and then fit check post installation was really useful too and provided peace of mind that my little one was in the seat correctly.
Couldn’t ask for more, will definitely be returning when our next car seat is due, thank you!😊
