S&R were good enough to send one to me for checking. As it happened, it was too small BUT I will take an exact measure and order with confidence.

Disappointed that you could not fulfill a small order - 50% of your minimum spend - to support a grass roots, not for profit, community sports club.

Sinclair & Rush may be a decent company, but their choice of DHL as a courier leaves me no choice but to give a one star rating. Apparently, delivery was attempted but no one was home. This is impossible as I was literally outside my front door the entire morning and exactly at the time of the attempted delivery! DHL blatantly lies about attempted deliveries (as per many reviews on Trustpilot). It is a wonder how they get away with it. Even more puzzling is why any company would choose to use DHL services and in the process, jeopardise their own reputation! I now avoid using any company that utilises DHL as their courier.

I don't really like rating company's for doing there job but the post caps turned up and they fit, let's face it, these days even that's a bonus.

I have been dealing with Sinclair Rush for over 15 years and always find the products to be consistently good quality. The on - line service is really good.
I did order the wrong items and had to send them back,
when my refund comes through it will be 5 stars for me.
