The salesman was Rob. He made the morning so relaxing, and no pressure to buy at any time . He gave us the opportunity to ask questions ,have time to think and talk , answer all the questions we threw at him , and had a joke with us and still no pressure. Please thank him from , both myself john and my wife Valerie. We only went in for mot and service on the other car .He has phoned us since to check everything is fine. Excellent experience in terms of customer service, the deal on offer in February and the improvements made to the Fabia since I last bought a new one three years ago.
