Amazing experience
Amazing experience. From the minute you walk in, they make you feel like part of the family. Every single member of staff that we dealt with was professional, friendly and went above and beyond. We went in for 1 car and because of the outstanding service we are walking out with 2!

10/10 Service
My dream car and specification was for sale for a brilliant price. It was simply a phone call and the car was reserved with a test drive appointment made. The process of buying the car was easy and at no point did I feel pressured into adding extra offers onto my agreement. Everything that was said about the car was accurate, and all promises made were fulfilled. Not a single issue, perfect service and communication, and the car is a dream.

The whole buying process was so easy and enjoyable. From dropping my initial email through to picking up the car a week later, it has been a very pleasurable and exciting experience.

vw t roc happy …
The whole package from asking them to bring the car from swansea to bridgend was not a problem and letting me know when car was in bridgend to take a test drive the sales man nick lancastle brilliant showed me around the car and give it another clean before i picked it up plus the young lady who helped with the paper work was excellent as well it was a 10 out 10 all round (coffee and welchcakes nice as well)

Great Experience
Nav, who went through the options and specifications of the car was amazing. My partner had already bought a Polo from him, and both times we felt he was extremely nice. He doesn't rush his time with you, he makes effort to talk to his customers about their life and therefore how the car works with their life. He takes time out of his day to sit down with you. Ceri was amazing for handover, she seems like a lovely person who is very calm and knows what she is doing.
