Louise Ring initially had a video call with me to analyse my situation. From then on her services were proficient, professional and very proactive. I lost hope of ever getting Irish citizenship after almost seven years of two refusals. I just did my ceremony in most recent event. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and deep disillusionment with the services provided by Sinnot Lawyers, particularly solicitor Miss H ( hiding name for privacy) . Her impolite behavior, lack of professionalism, and dismissive attitude have left me feeling disregarded and disheartened. I have decided to engage an alternative law firm due due to lack of assistance experienced. I kindly request confirmation of my personal data deletion and a refund of the 200 euros paid. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I implore you to address these issues promptly.
