Ordered two pairs of walking trousers. When they arrived they were nothing like the picture. Poor quality nylon. Wasted money! Avoid.

Have just received my sandals, lovely, well packed in boxes with cloth bags to protect them, don't know about comfort as haven't worn them yet

I ordered Sistrow Orthopaedic Comfort Walking Trainers thinking it was a London company. Turns out the shoes were made and dispatched from China. They took weeks to arrive and weren't worth the money or the wait.
I ordered my normal size but they were huge. The company said I could return them ( which the Post Office said would cost £20 ) or they would send me another pair for £6:95 postage. I chose the second option but will give them to a charity shop. They have completely flat soles and flat insoles. They also have no heel support therefore it's impossible to slip your foot into as they advertise. They are complete rubbish. Do not buy.

I'd give SISTROW nil stars if I could.
The product is supported by a FAKE advert. The pictures on their website are FAKE AI generated.
The Cargo pants I ordered are total shite compared to the SISTROW FAKE advert. Cheap polyester material. no double stitching, infact it is more akin to a cheap version of a UPS delivery driver pants!
I failed to return them in time but will be persuing a refund vai the small claims court.

My experience is similar to others. The item took ages to arrive (3wks) and are a million miles away from the description and fake images shown on the website. The images on the website show seemingly very good quality, attractive and durable cargo trousers, they appear to be slightly distressed, slightly faded good quality canvas with double (jeans style) heavy duty stitching.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
The actual item you will receive is a pair of very cheap and nasty, extremely lightweight Polycotton trousers, solid chocolate brown in color with a couple of thin side pockets single stitched on. The style actually resembles the wide flared side pocket trousers kids used to wear to school in the 70's. A team of wild horses couldn't drag me out my front door in these, I would be too embarrassed. This company are clearly from China, although they make you believe they are a high quality manufacturer from London. If you don't like what you ordered (and i'm sure you won't) and feel the need to send them back for a refund, they expect you to return unwanted items to China at your expense, making shipping as expensive, if not more expensive than the trousers. I've counted my losses, had a very harsh word with myself for not checking reviews and already ripped them up and put them in my old rag bin for later use.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE MOST LIKELY A CHINESE SWEAT SHOP SCAM.

Not as advertised. AVOID. They ask you to pay for returning. This site is a SCAM

They say they only ship to the UK, which makes you think that's where they are based. But if you want to return anything, you have to return it to China. My Mum ordered 2 pairs of orthopedic shoes which are too narrow, and it's going to cost her at least £18 to return them 😡

Disappointed and not recommended
I bought from them a orthopaedic walking shoes and it was uncomfortable and cause pain under feet when you walking. They said it take 3 days to arrive but I received after 14 days….. so disappointed

Unless you are prepared to pay postage to China to return items don't buy from Sistrow. Doubtful it is really a British company as they bank in Hong Kong. I refused to accept parcel and I knew they would take 15% re stocking fee but they took more and owe me £11.51. I have requested this but no response.

I cannot fault this company, for the assistance, the correspondence and the help they provided me , as I am in my 70s . I only had to ask once for some guidance and help with my ordering and immediately someone was there to assist. I received 2 pairs of shoes and the fit and quality were excellent. I am waiting on another 2 pairs of trainers and I'm sure I will be satisfied with them too . I will definitely be returning to this shop again . Thank you sistrow ❤️❤️❤️

Do not trust this scam company, I bought a amazing looking pair of trousers, took weeks to come and they didn't look anything like the photos apart from colour, honestly look like a fancy dress costume, they must be using a sweat shop with slaves working god knows how many hours.
They appeared to be a London company but returned say china and it costs more to send back than what the trousers cost. They refuse to pay returns, even though they legally should.

The actual item is lightweight trousers with a couple of pockets sewn on. These will be going straight to the charity shop. Waste of £31.

No goods received. Scam site. I should learn and check reviews. When you have size 9 wide foot size, and see a bargain !!!! heart rules head.
Remember, if its too good to be true, it is exactly that. A scam.
Nearly £50 out of pocket.
I will go to my bank to see if they can help, but they arent obligated to.

Finally I received my shoes. They are not a uk 43. More like a 41. 2 cm shorter than my other shoes. Narrow, not wide.
As I ordered 2 pairs, it was going to cost almost £40, to return.
And its unlikely I am going to get the refund.

I wont be buying anything from these sites again.
If I have to pay £70 for a pair of shoes, made in the UK, I will.

The item advertised was in NO WAY what was delivered. This in my opinion is a chinese scam company. To return the absolutely atrocious product, you have to post to China, which costs nearly as much as the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Still awaiting delivery after nearly 3weeks. Keep being told goods are in transit but nothing arrives.Absolute dreadful company to contact. We should all stop buying online, if we did it would help our High Street shops where we could buy with confidence. I am hoping that my bank will help me get my money back, it did once before.

If I could rate -5 that would be more accurate. I ordered a pair of heavy duty cargo trousers, brown. I got a pair of brown trousers with a patch on the sides. They look like the sort of trousers you would get on a toy doll. What an absolute ripp off!!! ..avoid do not buy from here..

This company is the worst of the worst when it comes to being fraudulent the shoes arrive around three weeks later considering it stated 2 to 3 days...I will strongly advise ALL DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UK SITE CHINA BASE with a whole lot of junk....
I received a full refund within minutes after I put in a claim and the photos from the site and what i actually received..Paypal thank you for your integrity and recognising the behaviour of this site

Another Chinese scam company pretending to be a London fashion brand. No mention of China on website, just a fake 'About us' section describing London based designers. I ordered utility cargo trousers with various features in size 32. Pictures were fake. I received cheap synthetic work trousers, no style no pockets or reinforced seams etc. No labels other than 'M'.Company will refund price if customer pays for tracked return to China. I sent several emails asking for prepaid return as their policy says customer does not fund return if wrong goods sent. They keep same response that I should pay return. Credit card doesn't do charge back for quality issues.

Please do not order from this company!!!
Ordered some trainers and they sent the wrong size, after several emails they sent the return policy, which gives you a choice of 3 options
1 they will give you 20% and donate the item to charity or
2 offer 50% of your next order like ordering from them is going to happen or
3 fill in the return process, after spending time filling in etc and printing off to take back to the post office, they tell you it’s £6.95 shipping fee wrong because the address is going back to china not the uk the cheapest return cost was £26.10 !!! Absolutely disgusting. So when they advertise on their site no hassle returns do not believe this. I will never recommend the company to anyone. Be warned

Worst online clothing shop. Advertised as Sistrow London, but are entirely China based. Products are total crap, nothing like adverts. I ordered some cargo trousers, took 5 weeks to arrive and cheap, nasty and thin material. Asked their .co.uk customer service for a refund and they said I had to pay for return postage (to China).DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!
