Shocking customer service by skate factory purchased a pair of XLS Bauer's new in November receive ok but unfortunately ended up in hospital over Xmas and could not request a refund until I got discharged..I was not happy with the cheap plastic plates provided and asked Lee for a solution but they was not prepared to help or refund due being past 30 refund policy. New boxed receipt invoice and chew bar which came with so I don't see the issue myself they just didn't want to refund or help a customer..

Fantastic rink with a great vibe and the staff are brilliant.

I've been learning to roller skate for the last few months and found this rink online. I've been going in the less busy periods and had many fantastic sessions. The staff are happy to offer their advice and support as I wobbled around.
Some of the regulars have also helped me.
I am now skating much more confidently.

The price of these sessions is very fair, esp if you join as a member.

Without doubt, one of the rudest groups of people I have ever had to deal with. Both attitude and level of effort today were subpar at best. My child and I were treated with utter contempt by the staff who clearly had no interest in the children at the party. I would never return here and would urge anyone else to avoid.

Absolutely awful customer service. The manager swore at my husband and stopped my little girl from skating at a roller skating party as her feet were ‘too small for the skates’ despite the fact all of her friends (also at this party) had the same size feet as herself. It was clear they had ran out of skates in her size and palmed it off as her having too small feet. Would not recommend coming to this place at all! Avoid at all costs.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, good range of product. Sorted me and two daughters for four pairs of skates in total, and we're all really pleased with the result. Will definitely be back!

The best skate shop. Truly the best I have ever seen in over 30 years of skating. This is not a poser shop or a fashion shop like ALL the other supposed skate shops out there.
really happy to make a 2 hour journey from London to see these guys and work their magic for both Roller skates and Skateboards with OG decks to test out.
Thankfully they will admit no inline or scooters, which is a blessing.

We found the shop online and adventured into Gloucester with my parents who used to skate in their (much) younger years.
Both in their 50’s they decided to get new sets of wheels for their birthdays. The father and son team in the shop are full of knowledge and are super friendly, they explain everything in detail so you know exactly what you’re getting and answer all your questions. Great find. Highly recommend to all ages! Thanks gents!
