I have shopped with Skin Station for…

I have shopped with Skin Station for years and have usually had an excellent experience with them, but not this time unfortunately. First of all, out of the 3 products i ordered, 1 was an incorrect item. I tang them they asked me to email photos over and as Im not a tech head this was not an easy task for me. They asked me to parcel it up and they would arrange for a courier to pick it up. I had to go and retrieve the box from the bin outside. Thank goodness i had only flattened it, not ripped it up and could somehow put it back together. I then had a 20 min walk to the Post Office to buy parcel tape. On Ftiday morning I noticed an email telling me the courier was coming on the same day - no indication of time, so i had to ring skin station to ask this. I had about 3 hours notice. But it went off okay. Then Monday came and i rang to ask about my replacement item, I was told it wss coming that day and i got abput 2 hours notice, but it did arrive. I ought I would have had an apology note, but no, just the product, then again i had previously received an email with a cursory "sorry for the inconvoence' on the end. Yhe whole episode cost me time, money and inconvience, which could hsve been helped by customer service ringing me with times of couriers instead of me having to chase it up.
This was a one off i hope, and maybe because of the previous excellent service from Skin Station, it was more disappointing.

Trustworthy Company

I have used skinstation for years, they are very professional and I get a phone consultation for prescription products, (super friendly and not an interrogation! lots of advice and tips) I use some of the Obagi products, I have used them for around 15 years, also from other aesthetics practitioners in the past, they are NOT fake, as some other commenters have said. I know the products, the smell, the effects & consistency like the back of my hand and have never received a fake product (not saying bad batches are impossible) but I have never personally had this issue. I will contine buying from skinstation as they are a convenient option rather than having to pick my products up from a clinic and customer service is top notch. Fast delivery.

haven’t received my parcel

haven’t received my parcel . I’ve been waiting for two weeks, but it still hasn’t arrived. I don’t know what has happened to it.

Thank you for your patience, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I can see that DPD attempted delivery on the 1st and again on the 2nd. A request was then made for the parcel to be left with a neighbour, however this was also unsuccessful.

As a result of these attempts, the parcel was returned to us on the 8th after three unsuccessful delivery attempts.

As soon as we receive this back, our Customer Care team will be in touch to confirm whether you would prefer for the order to be re-sent or for a full refund to be processed.

Please let us know if you’d like us to prioritise either option in the meantime.

Order not received

Ordered on 29th March for 2-3 day delivery and yet to receive my items or a response from client services. Emailed on 1st April and today but haven't had any response, no tracking received so cannot even monitor where my parcel is. Really disappointing service.

We’ve identified that the postcode entered at checkout was incorrect, which meant the parcel wasn’t able to reach the intended delivery address.

It hasn’t turned up and it’s been 12…

It hasn’t turned up and it’s been 12 days since I ordered it. It appears to be lost in the post. I have requested a refund but as yet I’ve not heard back from them.

I can see that you have been in touch with our Customer Care team, who have raised an investigation with DPD to understand why a delivery attempt was recorded on 23rd March but not carried out.

I can confirm that the original parcel has now been returned to us this morning. Our team will be re-dispatching your order today via Royal Mail to ensure a smoother delivery.

Due to the recent bank holiday period, your order should be with you early next week.
