Condescending welcome on board PAs
SkyBus Melbourne has always been known for super annoying announcements but the new ones on boarding about stowing bags are ridiculously bad.
They are puerile and condescending with a stupid child like inflection talking down to all onboard.
They are far too loud and they repay over and over again, often well after the bus has left the terminal and is in city link.
I have reported this but customer simply responded with platitudes and obviously no one from management has bothered to step on a bus. If they did these PAs would have been stoped immediately.

Massive line at Southern Cross for the bus onSunday morning. Some missed 2 buses. Do not appreciate being told I stole the land off Indigenous peoples. Not at 6.40am anyway.

Inappropriate Politicking
I used to like this service, but the sickening aboriginal commentary on the bus service is biased, racist, untrue and disgusting. Leave politics out of business as another company will be taking up the service soon. Very disappointed SkyBus.

Really Poor & Misleading Service
On arrival at Melbourne airport I was told the best method of travel from the airport to the city was the Sky Bus as I had urgent work to do and because the Sky Bus offered complimentary wifi that was imperative to me at that time.
Throughout the journey to the city the wifi didn’t work at all despite trying multiple times and I missed out on an important interview as a result which was profoundly disappointing.
I did speak to the driver regarding this but he said there was nothing he could do and advised me to contact Sky Bus directly to claim a refund.
I attached to my email complaint images of several attempts made to connect and also my purchased ticket.
I received a response advising under no circumstances do they offer a refund - why did the driver suggest therefore that I contact them to do so - and an explanation that despite promoting wifi as a key selling point and indeed plastering their buses with signs advertising the wifi that its not guaranteed.
Buyer be ware.
