Definitely five stars!!
I was lucky enough to have a massage with Deniz, I can be a bit touchy about massages and she absolutely put me at ease. She was so intuitive and skilled, she really helped ease some tension I had in my arm and made me feel really relaxed and cared for. I will be booking with Skyn Deep again and again, I absolutely couldn't recommend them more!

Extremely underwhelming experience
This was at my workplace. 15 minute massage.
The last 2 times Sakis was the one who gave the massage and it was fantastic. He was very comprehensive and applied the right amount of pressure.
This time it was a different person and unfortunately she barely put any effort in at all. It was totally underwhelming. Started off with a massage gun for about 5 mins. I was expecting hands only and never thought a massage gun would be used.
She then proceeded to push down on certain parts of my back with extremely minimal effort. Honestly it made no difference to me whatsoever. The pressure was so light. At times she would just use one hand and gently push down. She seemed very distracted and not bothered at all. A really disappointing experience this time. Please do observations on your staff and train them properly.
I have changed to 3 stars as i feel bad for giving a 1 star. But my feedback is the same
Response to the founder’s comments:
I think the way the founder has responded below says it all really. Zero accountability and professionalism. Spoke a load of lies. I was on time to my appointment. The therapist never checked in with me during the massage. She didn’t say a single word. She didn’t ask me how the massage was at the end, so i don’t know why i would say “great!”. Just a bunch of lies. If this is what the top 2% candidates in the country provide, then i’d be interested to know the level of service the other 98% provide.
I have zero incentive to lie. This is a free massage offered by my employer. I didn’t know it was mandatory to leave a review every time someone has a massage, so I don’t know why i’m being made to feel guilty about it. This is just pure unprofessionalism and a clear sign of an owner who is most definitely not open to receiving constructive criticism.
I changed my review to 3 stars not because my review wasn’t accurate, but because i felt this may have been an off day for them and i didn’t want to make a company look bad because of one experience. But as Deniz has no self accountability, i will change it to my original rating to not only reflect my experience, but also her total unprofessionalism in how she decided to handle the situation.
She mentioned many times that my comments are not in line with Trust Pilot’s requirements, as if she is a representative of Trust Pilot. She flagged my review so it gets hidden. I appealed it with Trust Pilot and they found nothing wrong with my comments and re-published it.
Just an appalling level of customer service.

Thank you Tracey! 10/10 Monthly Office Massages
Tracey provides our monthly massages in my office. She is amazing what she does, I always come out feeling so refreshed, calm and most importantly my back ache seems to have vanished (temporarily until the next one 🤣). Tracey is a great masseuse - she is understanding and caters to everyone's needs, for those who may want a more gentle massage and also those who need something more thorough! She is understanding and provides a friendly and calming aura to be around, especially in a an office environment when workload can get heavy for our staff - it really does feel like a 20 minute escape from reality!
Deniz makes the booking process so easy and straight forward, all I have to do is share the link with my colleagues to book, who are then given booking reminders which means I don't need to chase and follow up with anyone to remind them/create own calendar invites, this is super helpful.
