Don’t expect any logic or actual help from Sky Betting & Gaming. I was hit with a "promotion restriction" and told to refer to a "previous email" for the details. The issue is, that email was never sent and does not exist.

Despite me raising this clearly, their support and "Senior" complaints team simply ignored the fact that they are referencing imaginary correspondence. They hide behind scripted terms and conditions and provide zero transparency. If you value a company that actually communicates truthfully, look elsewhere.

Note for others: They make it incredibly difficult to find their formal complaints contact. Classic.

Absolutely god awful, please I beg you do not deposit any money onto this site. It is practically a legal scam. I deposited £20 and received 56p in total returns. I then stupidly deposited another £45 expecting to break a couple of bonuses or at least play for half hour to an hour and it was gone within 8 minutes. It’s actually insane this site is “legal”

Can’t fault sky. Most deposits do return a withdrawal

Every month it reaches my 600 loss limit. Gives you the odd 80 to 100 but never up. Overall I’d say I’m 15 000 down over the last 4 years.
Disappointing as you’d think after that amount it would give something back.

Its okay I've been playing sky for about 7 years never had a big win just small wins it would be nice to get a good win maybe one day in my life never won any sort of jackpot or filled the bord with fish it's a okay site that all I can say for now been back in a couple months to give another review
