From ordering to delivery it all was very smooth I was emailed and texted by the delivery company and it arrived on time and well packaged. The door kit itself is very good quality with metal tracks easy to install and they move easily and smoothly. I installed the kit on my own so with two people it would of been a breeze all in all a very easy pleasant experience

Im no expert when it comes to sliding doors, but the advice and help I got from Amanda at sliding doorworld really sorted me out. It made the job simple and trouble free with lots of help directed for me via video/PDF guidenance. I also saved lots of time and money by being sent the correct parts that fitted easily, at very reasonable price, that came quickly. Amazing service!!! Thankyou Carl

Great product at a good price, only negative is the time it took from ordering to delivery.
Cannot fault the delivery team, they kept in touch and made sure all was correct and safely stored

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, chased it after a week and was told it takes 2-3 weeks so expect it by 27/4. Chased on the 26/4 to be told it was with the courier and they hadn’t delivered it. Asked them to chase with the courier, they came back and said no clue when it would be delivered. Completely weak and wet, no push with the courier to get it sorted just plain useless. Had to get a refund and a lot of inconvenience after waiting 3 weeks. Useless

The Doors I ordered arrived in good time and the company kept us informed throughout. Unfortunately, one of the mirrored doors broke as I was attempting to fit it. The company kindly offered a good discount on a replacement door and processed the order speedily.

Great phone service to ensure the order was correct. All parts for the two wardrobes that I orders were delivered intact, undamaged and all complete. The delivery driver took great care to ensure everything was placed where I wanted it ready for assembly.

Experienced DIY'r but this is the first time I've ever built a mirrored sliding wardrobe. Did loads of research online at various sights and for me Sliding Wardrobe World had the best sight, easy guides to understand measuring and installation and competitive prices. I was able to have standard doors which came with free tracking which reduced the cost even further. The delivery arrived in reasonable time but was very well packaged with no issues. The quality is really good and I'm really impressed with the whole experience and product. I haven't built the wardrobe yet but I'm confident with the information available from the sight.

Item arrived damaged (significant scratches on the mirrored door purchased) but company will not provide refund as noted the damage seven days after delivery (ironically i’d wanted to keep the item in the protective packaging until install to reduce risks)

Good that a track is included in the package but only one track length available so need tools to cut to size or would need to purchase another if that doesn’t fit your doors

Good that you can select delivery date and good communication from drivers

The communication from the start was excellent . Even had a query when ordering sent email and got answered pretty quickly and it resolved any issues i had ordering at the time . The response email to confirm delivery dates was spot on . 1 of the easiest to set out with planning would recommend to use you

My review, not the company. We received our wardrobe doors over two years ago now and I did mean to leave a review at the time but when you're building a house there are so many things to do it just fell by the wayside.
The doors are great quality and exceptional value but the staff are the absolute best - I had to get in touch for a couple of things (an extra catch, copy of receipt, nothing that they had missed) and they were incredibly helpful with quick responses.
Between that and the initial help with designs I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

The communication from the delivery company was very poor. I couldn't make the first planned delivery and it took over a week to get a new date. Then the delivery arrived outside of the time given, but luckily I was home due to a meeting being cancelled.

Further to my review in October (issues with incorrectly sized bespoke wardrobe doors) order end of September. Sliding Wardrobe World have repeatedly refused to accept any responsibility and have ONLY offered solutions that have incurred additional costs on my part. I am still pursuing a resolution. However, in the meantime, please be especially careful with this company. They certainly haven't upheld their advertised 'doors made to fit your space' nor have they provided a 'no quibble' customer experience. Indeed, I've been threatened about sharing my experience as potentially damaging their sales. All I can hope for any future customers is there are no issues with your supplied products, as in my experience it’s been a 'see you later' attitude.

Great company, good contact and delivery right on time as expected will definitely recommend it, the product itself works as described and already in our bedroom...

Just ordered and fitted a set of mirrored wardrobes from Sliding Wardrobe World.

The wardrobe set was for an 1800mm opening and came complete with rails and 2 x 915mm doors. All goods were well packaged and included delivery on the day we requested.

Communication all through the process was first class and I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
