Fast shipping to the USA (3 days not including the weekend via UPS). Quality made decals. Choose the priority production option for fast shipping and pre pay customs to the US which was a small fee. I recommend gloss decals which looks better on wheels. Highly recommended

Hi Daniel, sorry that we didn't meet your expectations.
We welcome all feedback, however your review and rating is not an accurate representation of events. In the interest of fairness, here is the timeline of your order.
- You purchased decals and a RideWrap kit from us on Friday 24/10.
- You paid for priority production with an estimated delivery date of 2/11.
- Your decals did not pass quality control so we reprinted and shipped your order 2 days later than expected on Friday 31/10.
- We refunded your priority production fee.
- Your order was delivered on 4/11, 2 days later than expected.
- We responded to every email within 24 hours or faster.
It's unfortunate that the colour you received is not what you expected. Sometimes this happens with custom printed decals and we always work with customers to reach a solution. We pride ourselves on this service.
Your approach was to insist we sent you the wrong colour and immediately demand a full refund of both the decals and RideWrap kit. We understand your frustration but that is not a realistic demand. We tried to reason with you but it wasn't possible to reach a compromise.
We regret that you feel this way because we care about what we do and want all our customers to have a good experience.
All the best

They took the time to match the exact colors of my bike when making my new fork decals. I’ve ordered two sets with them, and will always go to Slik graphics when I need decals for my other bikes. Great quality!

Blue chrome graphics for my S-works stumpy 15
This probably the 3 or 4th order I ve made with Slik, they always get the details just right. If I've got a question about a certain color I want or detail, they always respond promptly. I've used other graphics companys before and none of the other companys have half as much attention to detail or follow up with your order. Slik is all I will use now.

I took a long time for the product to make it's way to my house (I live in Canada). The upside is, the product is flawless! absolutely beautiful with everything you need for the install, including am alcohol wipe.
Thanks Slick, best in the game.

We are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. After mulltiple emails going back and forth on colours, there must have been some miscommunication somewhere. We tried to reach out to you by email to resolve this but we haven't heard back.
