I've orded several sets of stickers from this company, and they've all been amazing. I've had great support when things have gone wrong, as they always do at some point with custom items.

Spend a few extra bucks to get the premium foil decals, and make sure to get them in gloss finish for maximum ostentation. One of the mishaps I had (my fault) was ordering foil in matte, and it came out looking a little odd.

Outstanding service over and over again! Fantastic design pages so can custom make your own colour schemes, great communication, will keep going back for more, thanks you.

I had a great experience with Slik Graphics. I ordered new decals for my Fox Shocks on a new mountain bike because they offered colors specific to my Yeti bike. First set I ordered; the color didn't match perfectly. I notified them of the concern and they shipped out a new set right away that was exactly what I needed. Customer service and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend them and will do business again in the future.

Very bad Customer Support - I ordered 2 different Colours of a Frame and Fork Decal, they send me the wrong finish - it took a lot of emails to make them understand that they made the mistake, and now I need to pay for the correct one?
I can´t recommend to order here!

Excellent product quality and service, had an issue with shipping but not their fault at all, no hassle just sent out a replacement order, can’t ask for better that that

Slik contacted me to find a solution and they send me a new sticker.
Nice seller

So our communication started on Jan 15th, then I asked for the availability of the required rear shock sticker design before placing my order.
"We have the artwork on file but there is no product online as yet."
I happily placed my order same day as instructed, but after Slik asked me to provide the measurments, with no explanation.
The complete and exact mesurments been done by me and submitted back to Slik.
Received the first decal set, the main sticker was 10 mm higher than measured and submitted and eventually did not fit.
Slik got back to me: "We will of course get the decals re-printed in the correct size and shipped out again asap! I will ask Tim to investigate what went wrong."
Received the second decal set, exact the same as the first one, naturally, it doesn't fit either.
Again back to customer service, but now Slik felt themself offended by the 1-star google review, and decided to tell me off by moneyback.
Apparently Slik have no intention of retaining customers who have already invested their time in measuring and drawing for them stickers for which they claim to "have artworks on file".
BTW the print quaility is very low, warning text on the stickers is illegible.

I've ordered from Slik twice now, and I have been blown away by the quality of the prints. It is a credit to Owen and the team for manufacturing such an incredible standard of product, and I hope they are extremely proud that so many riders know that Slik is not just an option, but the only option for custom bike graphics.
