Highly recommend Items arrived on time, box was delivered…
Items arrived on time, box was delivered damaged quite badly, i know it was handled by different couriers, so i don't know where exactly it was kicked about and thrown, however all relevant items were wrapped quite well which saved contents, after checking and securing lock nuts,
(refer to comments about couriers ) very happy with purchase, would highly recommend.
going to return at some point to purchase maybe 5 ,6 extra cables, i would not be doing that if not a happy bunny.

Assembly is optional on all of our kits, you did not select assembly so the kit was sent unassembled which is exactly what you paid for? The laser was sent in a different parcel to avoid damage ot the laser.
I bought the Hornet 10 XT slingshot…
I bought the Hornet 10 XT slingshot rifle. First time using it. The front pulley system, disconnected from the body. The slingshot rife came ready assembled. On closer inspection the fixing bolts, were to short. Only holding my a few millimeters. Luckily i was not injured. Went to B&Q to buy the appropriate bolts. As to much bother to send back. Also the barrel has some play. Rocks slightly to the left. Don't know if this is intentional.

When we assemble we use the correct size and length bolts for all of our products and never, not once, has anybody else reported this issue in over 4 years of trading. No feedback to us at all, just this review... maybe a competitor review?
Would I buy this sling shot rifle
One of the worst things I’ve ever had to put together pay and get it built for you it was painful, also a lot of the nuts and bolts where totally not up to the job I had to use a lot of my own for stronger joints and so the moving parts aren’t so flimsy, would I recommend buying this slingshot rifle for the money No definitely not

You did not pay for assembly and all of the instructions and videos for assembly are on the same page as the product. Again, nobody else has had the issues you claim to have had, and again, no contact with us.... the SX-10 Hornet is our best seller, by far. it woud not be so if this information was true. PLUS, you kept the kit despite not recommending it! Competitor review?

Am well impressed with my purchase got to say the slingshot rifle is brilliant.
Their was a bit of a problem with a couple of parts missing.
But Colin put it right in an instant
So a big thank you to Colin.
There's one thing I would like to suggest maybe for older people like myself at the age of 66 years and first time user of slingshot and telescopic sight with laser sight some kind of instructions for setting up would be appreciated.
As I struggled a bit with setting mines up but overall well pleased with the product

Thank you Gerard, much appreciated, and we have taken note of your suggestions and will set that in motion.
Follow up
Follow up on negative reviews appears first rate. The bits that were missing due to the poor packaging are going to be sorted and (hopefully) I can complete proper assemble and start enjoying the slingshot.

Sherwin contacted us and we set about fixing this for Sherwin. We even worked over the holiday period to ensure we got Sherwin the pefcect kit back. This is Sherwin's reply:
Good evening Colin,
Thank you so much I have received the kit and it’s perfect. Really appreciate all your help and support in making the trigger more responsive and marks are all clear.
Kind regards and have a great year Colin.
VERY DISAPPOINTED
Packaging was skimpy and terrible. Basically, one very thin cardboard package and a number of plastic bags inside - one end torn open and nothing to give me an indication of what was missing. I thought I had ordered the made-up version but that wasn't what I got, I received a number of plastic bags with assorted nuts & Bolts and no assembly instructions, but I eventually managed to get it to something resembling the pictures on the internet (with some bits left over) so lets hope it works properly . . .

We make it very clear that we cannot send assembled product to any destinaton except UK mainland. Peter lives in New Zealand so the parcel had a ling way to travels and was secured properly for the distance involved. Holding us responsible for packaging issues is petty and childish because everybody is aware how parcels are treated by courier companies. ALL instructions for assembly (videos and PDF files) are available on the same page as the product.
