Slots Gallery is a sham/scam

Slots Gallery is a sham/scam. They are not truthful. They don’t require much information when you put your money in and then suddenly they require information you can’t even provide when you try to withdraw any money. I was never able to withdraw my money. The live chat just make excuses why you are unable to withdraw winnings. I learned a tough lesson but I’m hoping that at least I can save someone else the anguish of undergoing what I went through. Use a different website is all I can say. It is interesting when the response time to my review is the quickest response I received. Once again, while it is to late for me, I encourage potential players to delve a little deeper into this site before committing your money. Read what they don’t take responsibility for with your information. And learn from my experience. Peace out.

My account is fully verified and I followed all withdrawal requirements, but my payout was repeatedly delayed and cancelled after long waiting periods (up to 50+ hours). multiple times despite being told withdrawals are processed within 48 hours.
Support via live chat and WhatsApp gave scripted responses to make you wait longer and no proof of processing.

When I asked for clarification or escalation, the chat was ended and I was blocked from support for 24 hours. Multiple times

Emails also stay ignored. Vip status what a joke
I've gone to their licensing agency ..Slots gallery seem unfazed by this.

Overall, the experience involved repeated withdrawal cancellations, poor communication, and no transparency around payouts.

Stay far away!!!

Finger weg von diesem Casino

Finger weg von diesem Casino. Auf meine mehrfachen Anfragen, mein Konto zu sperren, kam keinerlei Reaktion. Zudem wurden die zuvor festgelegten Einsatzlimits willkürlich entfernt. Absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig.

This site has no regard for their clients. This isn't a payment issue this is a responsible gaming issue.. I have a gambling addiction and I have told them this numerous times. Over 20+ emails going back to January 5, 2026 asking to have my account closed with no response. They don't give a shit! They will not close your account and take pleasure in preying I your addiction.. stay away from this site!!
