Good support, quick and effective reply.

CSV Importer purchased, import does not work.
I wrote to support, after 4 days I received an answer that had nothing to do with my question but only contained a link to a video.
Sent another request to support, now 10 days have passed and still no response!
This is not worth 199 dollars, and actually not even worth this 1 star

and to this day (27.09.2024) this cowardly association has still not taken care of it.
Conclusion: minus 50 stars, clearly FRAUD

Lost access to an old email address containing Licence of Smackcoders plugin : they helped me get it back even years after buying it !

Their importer works great with google docs !

Simply rubbish - go with WP All Import sure its more to set up for JetEngine CPT but far better than this software i simply didn't read the reviews before purchase - such a miskake

I somehow managed to order the wrong Extension (Duplicate checker) but what I should have ordered was the "Smart duplicate Merger" Extension.
Support was very friendly and made the swap without any hesitation. Thanks Smackcoders :)

Very BAD support, buggy plugin. Shame I wasted 200$ bucks on plugin that is not working. Avoid this company in big circle.

They sell buggy software and offer no refund for software that is not ready for people to use. They try to work with you to get the bugs out but software in that state should not be sold yet.

Great plugin! Saved me an incredible amount of time on a site I am currently building, and I am certain I'll use it for the next site too and likely multiple times in the future. In addition, when I contacted the developers about something I couldn't figure out, I got a very friendly and prompt reply and they solved my problem and even made a little video showing me how to do it.
