Smart Energy West Midlands did a brilliant job.
Smart Energy West Midlands replaced an old boiler with a new one into my airing cupboard, leaving the space from the old boiler for a cloakroom, and added a radiator to that new room. They took away the old hot water tank, old piping and tanks from the roof, disconnected a gas cooker and fire and left everywhere very tidy. All this done in a day, very efficiently and at a good price. Really pleased and will be using them for servicing in future.

Recently had cavity wall done
Recently had cavity wall done. They had to remove old insulation first which was a lot of work for them. But they persevered. Be prepared for a lot of noise if they have to do that. Two days to remove and fill with new on standard size semi detached house.
They cleared up after themselves as they went.
Had to pay half upfront and other half on first day. Good sensible price. Quotes are per square meter. They charged £14 to remove and £17.50 to put in. They were the cheapest TBF and did a really good job. House seems quieter and warmer already. First quote I had from different company was £70 to remove and £60 to put in. Don't go for expensive glitzy website. Smart energy are what they say on the tin and sensible price with good workers

New Gas Boiler & Radiators
Smart Energy West Midlands installed a gas boiler and radiators, and removed an old back boiler from my mothers house. The whole process was very well managed. Communication was excellent, the plumbers always turned up when expected - they were very efficient and tidy, and polite and patient with my mum. The new system is working very well.

From the initial contact to the final checks .
From the initial contact to the surveyor coming out it was very professional. And on the day for installation engineer turned up early and got straight into removing old boiler. Two others arrived one with the new boiler, one put new larger supply pipe for gas. They were all very professional and curtious. Finished in one day checked and cleaned everywhere, went through how to set thermostat and set all radiators for air.
Would recommend this company to anyone.

If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about their customers, look no further. They have honestly changed my daily life for the better.

Professional workforce, very happy and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Worked quickly and efficiently. I was apprehensive to start with but quickly became at ease. Lovely boys, Kieron organised installation of pipes and radiators, helped by Dave Ethan and Lee. Leon was a superb plasterer and took great time and trouble to get an immaculate finish, I painted on top of his work with no need to rub down! Can’t see the joins!!! Clive completed the work by installing thermostat with his able assistant who explained the settings and I’ve had no trouble programming the system. All completed in less than three days with minimum upheaval! Would recommend wholeheartedly.

A truly professional company
Wow what can I say a truly professional company from start to finish, Smart energy West Midlands dealt with our Eco4 grant from gaining the grant to having it all completely installed, Steph has been my main contact for getting all the paperwork and energy company sorted and over the line, so lovely nothing has been too much stress and she has always been at the end of a message to guide me through things. The fitters arrived on time, and what a lovely group of guys they were, very professional, explained everything to us, and made sure we understood how it all worked. They were very respectful of our property and left it all very clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company or their fitters and truly can’t thank them all enough.

Very pleased with the final result!
For us, the ECO4 process was a bit lengthy and came with a few hiccups along the way, but it’s all been completely worth it now that we’re enjoying the final result. We used to have a freezing house and lived like a Victorian family, constantly stoking fires and still never feeling properly warm.
Since having the insulation, heat pump and solar installed, our home has been totally transformed this winter. The house stays pleasantly warm all the time, we no longer worry about the kids being too cold, and our bills are significantly lower than they were last year when we were trying (and failing!) to heat the house.
The team from Smart Energy were friendly, professional, and genuinely great to have around. We are very happy with the outcome

Smart Energy are perfect
Eco 4 and ecoFlex sound too good to be true but aren’t. Simply its energy companies being forced to make peoples houses greener.
Smart energy explained each step the whole way along. They left my house as it was before but greener (new boiler, insulation and extractor fans)
The only criticism was the electrician they used was a contractor (everyone else was a smart energy employee) and they were shoddy. Filled a gap with cardboard. If I had to criticise - don’t use them again and hire another full time electrician.

Smart Energy - I can highly recommend!
Smart Energy completed a full installation of air source heatpump, solar panels, ventilation, cavity wall insulation (including extraction) and loft insulation on my property, and I wanted to take this opportunity to acknowledge this company as being one of the very few ECO4 installers that are doing an excellent job of it.
I was particularly impressed with the standard of their work, all the way from the design & consultation process, to the final installation & commissioning of the system.
Smart Energy kept me regularly updated throughout the entire process and were always helpful to answer any questions that I had.
Having heard horror stories of a number of similar companies with regard to poor installations, I can honestly vouch for Smart Energy as being a company that is providing this service with honesty and care, and take pride in providing a quality service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any of these upgrades carried out on their home.

From start to finish I was pleasantly surprised how good and helpful this company was. I was also impressed with all the trades that worked in my house they were clean and tidy and they did an excellent job and kept me informed on what they were doing I cannot think of anything that I was not happy with.

Efficient high quality service
Quick and friendly responses, kept updated at each stage. Time frame from start to finish was excellent. All staff knowledgeable, helpful and friendly through initial surveys and proposed improvement plans to the actual installation. Was informed at every stage and fitting was done promptly with least disruption. All fitting teams knew their 'stuff' and went above and beyond to complete the works in a timely manner to a very high standard. All installed components are from known reputable manufacturers. Can't thank them all enough. What seemed a quite daunting undertaking was handled professionally at all stages and all to a high standard whilst ensuring minimal impact. Everything was tidied and put back as before. Can feel the difference already and am benefiting financially through the installed measures after only a few weeks. Very happy customer would highly recommend
