I didnt had much problems, delivered from Poland to Lithuania took 3 working days, all of my parcels was delivered, I really hate the sending system where you have to take pencil etc. and write the numbers, 3.5/5 rating

Very bad delivery service!They received my parcel in Friday morning and there is still no movement to my parcel!Now I don’t know when I will receive it in Latvia and will I receive it at all!

Don't ever use smartposti. 3 out of 3 orders, were mixed up with someone else's.

I would rate them 0 if i could. 3 out of 3 parcels from different seller in Germany, Netherllands where not delivered. Everytime they have the right address, phone number, email nonetheless they never call and i receive a message that the parcell is returned to the sender. They work with DHL so if you order from EU with DHL it is a huge risk that these “scammers” will be responsible in Lithuania. It would be nice if the situations could be solved by their customer support but here is another issue - useless again. Thank you for the probably worst delivery services in Lithuania. A post pigeon would probably make it better than you can.

My experience with SmartPosti has been disappointing. They often fail to receive the necessary recipient information from other couriers, causing shipments to get stuck at their sorting centers. Customers then have to call and provide the missing information themselves. Even after being promised that the shipment will be prioritized and delivered on a specific day, those promises are not kept. The communication and reliability need significant improvement.

This company delivers parcels wherever they feel like, instead of to the parcel locker you selected when placing your order. If you run into any issues, it’s either impossible to reach customer support, or they simply don’t follow through on what they promise.

They managed to deliver the same parcel to the wrong area of the city twice. After the first time, I was assured the issue would be resolved and the parcel would be delivered to the locker I had originally chosen, but nothing changed.

Terrible customer service and a terrible company.

Very bad service you order the package in your address they are putting your package in random places in the city to pick up yourself. When you call customer service they will promise to deliver the package in your address unfortunately never happened…. Never saw a service like that in my life 0 stars.

I am very disappointed with Smartpost services in Lithuania. The parcel was redirected to a completely unrelated address in another city, even though the delivery address was provided correctly. After contacting customer service several times, I was repeatedly promised that the parcel would be delivered the same day, but these promises were never fulfilled. Instead of clear information, I received constantly changing timelines and empty assurances. This kind of customer service causes great frustration and a lack of trust. I definitely do not recommend it.

The parcel from Poland arrived in Lithuania faster than SmartPosti can deliver it in Vilnius, even though it arrived at the Vilnius distribution center.

I have been waiting for my package 2weeks i got nothing we call and they say there full but i know that bullshit because its been 2weeks now they say its gonna come Monday its and it didn't so 4days they said the same bur i didn't get it really bad company i will never use it again

One of the worst delivery company. Do not trust. Never. No parcel, no delivery, no comunication.

Labai nusivyliau SmartPosti paslaugomis. Dar prieš siuntai atvykstant pakeičiau pristatymą į paštomatą, tačiau vėliau gavau SMS, kad siunta bus pristatyta į namus. Laukiau nurodytu laiku, bet niekas nieko nepristatė.

Nuo tada jau kelis kartus iš eilės gaunu pranešimus, kad siuntos pristatymas vėluos vieną dieną. Pranešimas kartojamas vėl ir vėl, tačiau siuntos vis dar nėra. Sekimo informacija praktiškai nejuda, o aiškios informacijos apie siuntos buvimo vietą ir realų pristatymo laiką negavau.

Taip pat bandžiau susisiekti su klientų aptarnavimu el. paštu, tačiau į laiškus neatsakoma. Bandžiau skambinti, tačiau prisiskambinti taip pat nepavyko. Susidaro įspūdis, kad kilus problemai klientas yra tiesiog paliekamas be jokios pagalbos.

Labai prasta komunikacija, neaiškus siuntos judėjimas ir jokios pagalbos iš klientų aptarnavimo. Tokios patirties daugiau nenorėčiau kartoti.

Sent to a different terminal 66km away.
I couldn't receive the package at first because the sender didn't provide my phone number. Sure, no problem, called the customer service and we agreed on sending my package to the nearest terminal near my address which is in center of Vilnius. Next day I get a notification that my package was sent to Eišiškės. Are you serious?! And to top it off its Saturday, I cannot call the customer service due to their limited work times and those are live animals that been in shipping for over a week!

I was supposed to pick up my shipment from a locker in Vilnius. When I tried to use the pin code they shared(by the way, they have the worst lockers), it didn't work. I contacted customer service, and they stated that I already received the package. I stated that I didn't take it and asked how someone else could take my package from my locker. They couldn't provide an answer and stated that I should contact the sender. They are the absolute worst cargo company in Lithuania. Their customer service is shit. Their lockers are shit. Their timing is shit. Not a single positive thing about them. I guess international delivery companies choose to work with them because they are cheap, but it's a horrible mistake. Companies like this should not exist. I haven't heard anyone talking positively about them. I believe avoiding paying taxes is the only thing that keeps this company running. Pathetic.

The worst delivery company ever. No action for 5 days. When started querying it, the note was updated onna tracking system that they attempted to deliver the parcel, but nobody was home. An absolute lie..

The worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing ever arrives on time, delays happen constantly, and they always come up with random excuses claiming they attempted delivery when they clearly didn’t.

Don’t use this pathetic excuse for a delivery service.

Tai buvo viena blogiausių siuntų pristatymo patirčių, kokias esu turėjęs.

2026-05-13 gavau SMS, kad siunta iš Vokietija bus pristatyta nuo 13:55 iki 15:55. Specialiai laukiau visą nurodytą laiką, tačiau siunta nebuvo pristatyta, o jokios papildomos informacijos negavau.

2026-05-14 08:00 paskambinau į klientų aptarnavimą ir paaiškinau, kad tą pačią dieną 12:45 turiu skrydį, todėl noriu pats atsiimti siuntą iš sandėlio. Operatorė patvirtino, kad tai bus sutvarkyta ir kad netrukus gausiu SMS su atsiėmimo informacija.

SMS negavau.

11:00 paskambinau dar kartą. Man buvo pasakyta, kad siunta jau perduota kurjeriui, nors aiškiai buvome sutarę, kad ją atsiimsiu pats. Pažadėjo nedelsiant susisiekti su kurjeriu ir kad man netrukus paskambins.

Po to skambinau dar keturis kartus. Kiekvieną kartą gavau tą patį atsakymą: „su jumis bus susisiekta kuo greičiau“.

12:36 – likus vos kelioms minutėms iki išvykimo į oro uostą – nebuvau gavęs nei skambučio, nei SMS, nei jokios realios pagalbos.

Pagrindinės problemos:
Nesilaikyta pažadėto pristatymo laiko.
Nesilaikyta aiškaus susitarimo dėl atsiėmimo iš sandėlio.
Klientui teikti tik tušti pažadai.
Visiškas situacijos kontrolės trūkumas.
Sugaištas laikas ir sukeltas didelis stresas prieš tarptautinį skrydį.

Tokio lygio klientų aptarnavimas yra nepriimtinas. Jei darbuotojai negali įvykdyti pažadų ir net nesugeba suteikti tikslios informacijos, klientai negali pasitikėti šia įmone. Dėl šios patirties SmartPosti Lietuva
