Really pleased with the air conditioner installed in our master bedroom. The service from Smile has been excellent. From the initial enquiry to the actual installation. Price was competitive to other companies and the mitsubishi unit cools our bedroom very quickly. Arron & Rhys installed the unit and did a fantastic job. Thanks.

Arron and Rhys the installers were tidy and efficient and fitted 2 units in a day. The units work easily and boss Julian, who visited the house before the installation, recommended which units would work best for us. Nice people and good work, highly recommend Smile.

Smile have just installed an aircon unit for our bedroom (in Surrey), and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the original visit to advise on spec, location etc., to the follow-up, reasonable pricing (certainly compared to other quotes we got), general communication, and the installation itself, they have been absolutely excellent, and a pleasure deal with.

I would highly recommend Smile Air conditioning. Their entire team were great from start to finish. They were the only company that did a site visit and the engineers that fitted the units were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I am very impressed with the service provided by Smile Air conditioning. Starting from my initial call to Aaron who carried out a survey within two days right up to the engineers Adam and Gary. The work carried out by Adam and Gary was professional and to a high standard. Their work was neat and tidy and they cleared all the mess before they left. Niele And Jackob were our two engineers both very polite, friendly and considerate kept all areas clean as they went about their work, laying dust sheets and hovering as they worked, removed shoes etc.
Consulted us about locations of units and explained about units, they had a couple of problems, they contacted their office and a Senior Engineer "Julian came downs and quickly sorted it out
Had a remote (Smart Phone issue) one of their guys contacted me and talked me through it. now all up and running very happy with the units and the company,
Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone including friends and family. Not to mention they were the only quotes that offered a TEN-YEAR WARRANTY

All I can say, I have been very happy with Smile Aicon from start to finish. I did some research prior to choose them and I don't regret it. The team is so professional. They are knowledgeable, nice and still affordable. I will highly recommend them. They installed my two units yesterday and they did a great job. Left the place tidy and did it with the minimum of disruption.

Niall and Jacob, working with Smile Air Conditioning came along to install air con in our house and did a marvellous job - a perfectionist's job. Can't praise them highly enough. And they were nice guys too!

The engineers who came installed the A/C system, were very professional, customer orientated and had excellent workmanship (I'm a Building Services Engineer).

I had our air conditioning installed last week and the engineers were excellent. They were pleasant and efficient and the installation is neat and looks very good.
The company is good to deal with (we dealt with Julian Taylor) and price was better compared to other estimates.

Recently had 3 air con units fitted (May 2023). Each appointment was bang on time. The two fitting engineers worked non stop ( not even a tea break). They were very considerate about our house. Shoes off, & frequent vacuuming to stop the dust spreading. ( There was surprisingly little anyway). The three units were up & running after one day & only a couple of hours on the second day. Well done Adam & Gary. Would definitely recommend this company.

From the very beginning I had a great experience with a very efficient quote and detailed description of work that needed to be carried out prior to the install, along with a second visit reconfirming everything discussed. On the actual day of the install, Mick and Marcus were super punctual and efficient along with providing me with a detailed demo to make sure I get the best from my system.

Had a great experience with this company from the start. I made initial enquiry few months before installation when the Sales Person came to survey our home. Very helpful & polite and not pushy! When we were ready, units arrived the day before installation and Aaron & Rhys came on time the next morning to install. These engineers were so courteous, helpful & tidy. They explained everything as they went along and asked for my preferences about siting units etc. We’re so pleased we went with this ‘family firm’ who gave us confidence from day one. Well done!

I dont often leave reviews but when the engineers left after installing an Air Con System which wasn't the easiest to install to due to my house and positing etc i felt compelled to email Julian - who was swift and concise with his quote and initial visit - to tell him how happy i was with the engineers that came out.

Very Polite at all times, worked around my crazy kids and left the house spotless where they were working. Finish of the installation was very tidy aswell. Everything you'd hope for.

Will definitely come back for a further system in the future.
