I've been using this SMOTURE cordless vacuum for almost a year now, and it's been an excellent purchase. The suction is good for everyday cleaning, and the cordless design makes it convenient to use around the house. It's lightweight, easy to handle, and comes with useful attachments.

Overall, a practical and well designed vacuum cleaner with good features at a reasonable price. Happy with the purchase so far.

I've been using this for over a year now and find that it is every bit as good as anything out there.

I ordered the SMOTURE VAC02 via Amazon.
The product is really reliable, easy to use and has great features.
Everything for way less money then what you would have to pay for the biggest brands.
I would buy the vacuum cleaner over and over again.

Initially seemed to be fine but after sending incorrect part out to me they insisted it would fit,it did not..They sent a replacement but it makes a terrible scratching sound when used,they have ignored the issue when I emailed them.Recently the charging cable broke the said one was being sent out in August I have still not received it .They say it is out of stock in their global warehouse but it is available at Amazon UK therefore I cannot charge the vacuum.I still have 18.months left on warranty. I have sent numerous emails and am being given the runaround Smoture have been dismissive just sending generic email replies.

Compré el aspirador hace aproximadamente 2 años y hasta ahora me resultó un producto de gran calidad y muy cómodo de utilizar. Hace unos días no me funcionaba y me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico de la marca y la verdad es que me ayudó a localizar la avería. Después me enviaron rápidamente la pieza que había fallado y ahora vuelve a estar como el primer día.
Muy contento con el producto, con el Servicio Técnico y con el servicio de Atención al Cliente, que estuvieron en todo momento pendientes de la operación de sustitución de la pieza.

​I’ve had my Smoture stick vacuum for about a year and a half now, and it’s been a solid purchase. While it might not be the most powerful vacuum on the market, it does a very good job for everyday cleaning and offers excellent value for its price point.

​What really impressed me, though, was their customer service. I reached out to give them some feedback for product improvement, and they were extremely receptive and polite. As a token of appreciation for my feedback, they even sent me a complimentary extra battery! It's rare to see a company value customer input like this. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Compré el aspirador VAC02 en 2024 y ya resalté, en su momento, que ademas de sus muchas virtudes me decidí por este modelo por su atención al cliente y su facilidad para la compra de repuestos, pues no todas las marcas ofrecen este buen servicio.
Actualmente, después de dos años de uso casi a diario, pues tengo tres gatos en casa, he tenido problemas con el cepillo eléctrico inferior y solo con mardarles vídeos con la incidencia a su soporte técnico, me han facilitado un cepillo nuevo sin ningún coste ni gastos de envío.
Es por ello por lo que sigo recomendando su compra.

La aspiradora escoba una pasada,aspira súper bien con bastante potencia, la luz verde hace que veas hasta el más mínimo mota de polvo,el servicio post venta muy atentos. Recomiendo esta aspiradora, estamos muy contentos con ella.

We have had a SMOTURE VAC01 Cordless Vacuum for about 2 years. My wife loves how well this lightweight vacuum works. Normally, she can vacuum the entire house on a full charge, but recently it lasts only a minute or two. The battery would not hold a charge. We contacted Smolture, and they graciously sent us a new battery at no cost.

L'aspirateur est très maniable. (j'ai un aspirateur balai de marque très connu qui n'est pas aussi maniable)
la lumière verte de l'aspirateur et super, elle fait ressortir toutes les saletés. (attention aux Maniac une fois que vous l'avez en main avec cette lumière, vous n'arrêtez plus de passer l'aspirateur😄) très bonne aspiration et pas très bruyant très bonne autonomie de la batterie 120 m2 vitesse 1 sans le recharger. Nous avons un achat blanc grâce à cette lumière on voit tous les poils ils sont tous aspirés même à vitesse 1. Notre gros avantage de récupérateur de poussière se démonte entièrement pour pouvoir le nettoyer correctement,
je le recommande.

petit plus: les petites pastilles déodorantes que l'on peut mettre dans l'emplacement prévu.

I am really happy with this purchase. I was looking for something lightweight but with good suction, and this vacuum definitely delivers. It handles both my hard floors and carpets easily, and the battery life is solid enough to get through my whole apartment in one go. Emptying the dustbin is super straightforward too. I highly recommend it if you need a reliable, everyday cleaner.

I bought their vacuum in Jan 2026 and a part became faulty recently, as I couldn’t find where to get the part , I reached out to Amazon supplier where I purchased their vacuum. I was extremely surprised to be responded to so quick and most of all, that they are replacing the part for free ! Given how long ago I purchased their vacuum item. I was surprised ! I had a technical issue with my vacuum; the hose was broken, and customer service was quick to acknowledge the problem and handle it in a very professional manner. They have offered to send me a replacement from the international warehouse. I am pleased with their friendliness also.

I was looking for a cordless vacuum and saw this on Amazon. I was skeptical at first, thinking it's some cheap product with bought reviews, but I have to admit it's met my expectations and then some more. The vacuum is very nice for the money, easy to clean, it has enough suction power on standard and lasts enough for a 3 room, 2 bathroom apartment. I've had it for a year now, using it two times a week on average, and the battery is still good.

The telescopic tube broke at some point and I contacted the service team and they sent me a new one instantly. Great experience overall!

I purchased the Smoture Vac 3. After 5 months the wheels on the front of my brush fell off. Smoture immediately replaced the brush head free of charge. A great company to deal with.

Après l’achat il y à plusieurs mois de l’aspirateur VAC02 Smoture, j’admets désormais que mes craintes ont disparues.
Produit à la fois solide, esthétique avec une bonne autonomie et de nombreux accessoires le tout pour un prix contenu.
Le plus c’est le service client: efficace et surtout très réactif.
Bref une marque qui tient la route.
