Shefa was easy to speak to and good at her job she helped me with my payment and was very quick, she provided a good service to me for their company!

After 3 years of paying on time never missed a payment on my mobility scooter my scooter broke down I applied for finance for new scooter and was rejected I have a credit score of 700 have a perfect payment record but they said no I'm 77 years.old have my own home but now am stranded as I cant walk.or get out I cant even attend my hospital appointments I feel so let down and left to die worst company ever

So I arranged a direct debit for the 28th of each month, I got into arrears by one payment I advised I would pay it along side the next payment. Instead I received not just an email but also txt messages stating they were going to put through a direct debit on a date I never agreed to. I messaged them stating this was fraud as I never agreed to that date only the date I set. They continued with the messages stating this. So now I have cancelled my direct debit as I am not having anyone dictate to me how and when payments come out of my account. I will report you to the FCA it is disgusting and fraudulent behaviour and I won't stand for it. So no if you want a finance company who actually takes money out on the dates you set for direct debit then look else where and no this was not a bank holiday or a weekend this was a weekday it fell on. Absolutely disgusting.

List of accepted retailers is pretty poor unless you want a sofa, bed, mobility aid or kitchen appliances.
I had snap years ago and used it to purchase games consoles. Thought id do it again this year ready for Xmas but they now have 0 retailers who do anything of the sort.

Mum bought 2 recliners as needed for health reasons. Chairs came to £2900 nterest £2700. She’s 81 and no idea what she signed up for at the time as she was vulnerable my dad had just been diagnosed with weeks to live from leukaemia. Fast forward 2 years he passed she’s paid nearly £3700 and is now very poorly. They still want another £1300 odd…..jog on you ain’t getting it. Update I have reached out to you previously…. Massage mate n hand held massager.
I tried the mat that went under my legs n the hand held massager which was great. I was in pain before n after felt no pain whatsoever. It's amazing n next day still feeling the benefits of them. I walked up n down the stairs n no pain still. For me being in server pain every day all day it's fantastic. So gonna buy both n pay installments. Very pleased with it. As use creams n gels on my knees n back but after a while pain comes back n have to reapply it. It's expensive but worth better quality of life. I was in tears with the constant pain before, not now. 🙂😊
