A great service
I read some average reviews of this company, but the opposite is true. It’s an outstanding service. They actually RESPOND to emails and do their very best to address questions. The video with your address label being applied to the box is a lovely touch too.

AVOID
Absolute scam!!! Took my money and did not send the trainers, had to raise a dispute and waited ages on it being resolved as they were ignoring emails! Avoid!!!!
edit - I see the company has responded. Funnily enough their response on here is very different to what they told me 😂 absolute joke! Very reluctant to give a refund too. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I ordered these and nothing ever…
I ordered these and nothing ever arrived. I contacted them and was told PayPal payment had not been received but had come out my account and PayPal confirmed had been paid.
Contacted them several times to resolve with nothing… have now started a refund via PayPal and am glad I used them.
This was a birthday present so also Rui ed my son’s 16th. Not a good company to deal with. Very disappointed.

Please please do not use this site ! They are falsely advertising that they sell legitimate trainers they are fake ! I don’t know how they are getting away with claiming these trainers are real thankfully I’ve ordered through psypal and I’m in the process of being refunded please be very careful!

Fack trainers do not buy
What ever you do do not buy from hear. The trainers are fake and they say there coming from America as the London store doesn't have the size. It's a load of crap they don't have a shop in England at all. The trainers are fake I do not no how they are still operating. Iv tried contacting them regarding sending them back and have heard nothing back. Avoid buying from hear as all cost. Scammers
