Purchased a pair of work trousers for…
Purchased a pair of work trousers for £91 which failed after just 5 months of normal use. At this price, I expected much better durability.
I contacted customer service and, to be fair, they did respond — however, they refused the claim and classed the issue as wear and tear, which I strongly disagree with given how little time they’ve been used.
I even followed up with additional photos to clearly show the fault, but the decision wasn’t reconsidered.
What makes this more disappointing is that I’ve been a huge fan of the brand for around 8 years, regularly using their products and recommending them to others. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be recommending them again or purchasing from them in the future.
Really poor outcome for what used to be a trusted brand.

Also had to pay postage both ways for return and told if I took the refund I wouldn’t get standard postage included. Having checked I don’t think this is in line with my consumer rights. Just leaves a bad taste in the mouth. The trousers will have to be amazing for me to return as a customer.

Don’t expect your order to arrive quickly always the same responses items not in stock awaiting delivery etc and you have to pay for returns so by the time your refund lands if you need to return anything it’s a 4 week process at least. Nope never again.

Unfortunately the item required was out of stock and I needed it urgently so I had to make contact to request a refund and seek an alternative elsewhere. However the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was exemplary, he was very helpful, very courteous and processed the refund in double quick time. He deserves credit as he represents your business in a very positive and professional manner

Fast delivery but website usability issues
The order itself was processed quickly and delivered without any issues, so I’m very satisfied with that part.
However, the website could definitely be improved. It is not very easy to navigate, and the order status does not seem to update in real time. For example, my order was already delivered, but the page still shows it as “packing.” Because of this, it is difficult to return the item quickly because I have to wait until the status changes.
As far as I can see, the website also does not allow customers to cancel an order directly. If someone makes a mistake while ordering, they have to write an email instead, which feels quite inconvenient nowadays. It would be very helpful if returns and cancellations could be managed more easily directly through the website.

I ordered off the 'snickersdirect.ie' website. Bought a €120 pair of workpants. Then I got a customs charge of €55 as the pants were now coming from the UK. Have emailed 4 times to try to cancel with no answer. Phoneline doesn't work and online chat is inactive. Have no idea how it can be right to buy from your country only to be asked to pay €175 total for a pair of pants. Am still waiting for confirmation on order cancellation and a refund for almost a week now and no reply. Very annoying and poor experience.
