With a young man called Jack who has been absolutely brilliant sourced two fantastic skiing holidays for us and nothing was too much trouble when we were changing airports
So thank you very much for that and let’s hope we have a good snow

Calvin is very helpful.
The one thing i will say in my experience is that when you say a time scale that you will do something that time scale has to be met. Calvin does a great job and that is why we have booked again with him and SNO Ski Holidays, but timings are a little slow. If you say i will do something by tomorrow, tomorrow it should be done. This is my only issues that i have. Otherwise the service is fantastic, the holidays that they organise for us are wonderful and i will say they are very competitively priced.

SNO made our experience of booking our ski holiday so easy. Richard was very attentive, understanding our wishes and organising everything promptly. Communication was excellent with regular updates on progress.
Even when my brother decided to go and our requirements changed, it was easy. Richard just adjusted everything to add him into our holiday and all for a much better price than competitors. We will be sure to use SNO in future.

I have been using SNO for quite some time now. I have always dealt with Jack who has been excellent when getting details of potential ski chalets for our group. He has always taken the time to understand our requirements with the outcome being the perfect skiing holiday for us.

George made the whole process so easy - from finding the right chalet to getting everything booked. I can’t imagine how much hassle it must be to try to arrange all the bits separately - especially for a more complicated group booking like ours with different people flying from different locations, but actually all sorted in a few emails / calls.

booked ski holidays through you for quite a few years through ross but he had left the company so it was left to richard tasker to try and please 13 awkward customers and he didn’t disappoint us although he had to send us many many destinations as it’s hard to please everyone finally came up with the romantik hotel in austria looks great and a great price thanks again richard
