I had amazing experience with SNO, especially George who called me back and listened carefully to my skiing holiday requirements. Based on that he gave me great options and once I was ready to book he took me step by step through the process. I will definitely book with SNO again !

Excellent service from Jack. Super helpful, really responsive and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to call the property to ensure that he could accurately answer every question I had.

I've booked through Sno a few times over the years and they have always been efficient, helpful and found the right holiday for us. They seem to have more tailored options (flights, accomodation) than normal searches. This year Calvin provided us with several options that were all lovely and we had it booked within a day.

We haven’t been on the holiday yet, but the planning and booking went very well with George working hard to understand the kind of holiday we wanted.

George at SNO worked hard to get us the best price for a ski holiday that was being offered by at least three different companies, same holiday, different prices. He did good.

This is the second group trip I have booked with Jack and his flexibility and response time were excellent throughout. I would highly recommend both Sno and Jack.
