Great to find specific ski holiday.
Had a specific need, for a top class resort, close to piste with exclusive use of a chalet.
Calvin stuck with us until he fould exactly the right place. Booking was easy. Importantly, it didn't end there, all the other bits and pieces were all followed up.

SNO are great..
SNO are great... We have used them for several years now to book our family ski holidays. They have a wealth of ski resort knowledge and Jack in particular has been so helpful in finding us the perfect holiday and adding ski extras as required.... And the holiday is usually cheaper than booking direct

Richard was patient and diligent…
Richard was patient and diligent without being pushy as we went through our options and made our eventual decision - we took some time but he kept with us and gave all the information we needed. Unfortunately because of our delay our first choice was sold out but we found what looks like a satisfactory solution and we're looking forward to a happy fortnight..!

Efficient booking process
Richard from Sno dealt efficiently with our last-minute booking. He took our enquiry on from Jack as he had dealt with our friends who had booked, through Sno, the same holiday. He gave us options to consider and was diligent in ensuring the booking was completed accurately and speedily.

Highly recommend SNO
Richard at SNO was really helpful in helping us book our family holiday. Richard has fantastic knowledge of the resorts and the hotels (with crèches), allowing us to choose one which would be best suited for us (two children under 3 years old).
He was also really helpful with answering additional queries with our booking.
We recommended Richard to a friend and they booked their trip shortly after this introduction. We will definitely be coming back to book another trip with Richard for next year.

Very helpful for first time skiers
Richard has been really helpful for our two families - skiing together but booking separately. Very responsive with all our questions and changes, and good advice to help first time skiers.
Can’t wait for the holiday, but can’t fault Richard and Sno so far for the booking process.
