This is a follow-up to my previous review entitled waste of money. I contacted Snobee about the flip up glasses that had broken and with in 2 hour's Phil contacted me and despite that I couldn't provide proof of sale. They sent me a new pair next day. Brilliant response to a complaint

Visited what is now really a pick up store in Plymouth. Although there is only a very small amount of stock on display, you can use the website to identify what you want and they are more than happy to go into the warehouse at the back and get what you need. Three of us all left very happy with our purchases that were well used the next 10 days.
Particularly pleased with the Snowbee Classic preloaded fly line set. Excellent quality and the line is superb - easily matches (if not exceeds) my Orvis reel and line set-up in terms of feel and performance.
If you are in the Plymouth area, it's well worth visiting. I would not hesitate using the online service in the future.

I ordered a pair of Snowbee Prestige Streamfisher Polarising Sunglasses in black/amber on 18-03-2026 which shipped on 19-03-2026.
The delivery was fine, arriving in good time.
However, within a few weeks the top of the frame cracked in 2 places. I emailed Snowbee on 07-04-26 informing them and asking for their input (exchange/refund or whatever).
Snowbee did not responded to the issue raised.

I am on the email list and seen your offer on the light weight sun protection t shirt and the free cap and sunglasses so very easily clicked and then simple to select the size and colour etc, paid and was emailed on orders progress and was delivered very fast excellent customer service

I wanted a light and strong rod for my type of fishing the rod l received was just what y wanted only thing was there was no rod tube l thought it would come with one but obviously not that is my only problem but order was first class
