No warning that your need a prescription before purchase as email came in after I paid. Emailed them straight after citing no warning and requested a refund. They denied a refund even though they state Australia Law but they dont follow it. Also items still haven't been sent, so refunding it shouldn't be a problem..but they refuse so they just a scam site. Had to cancel CC also. Avoid.

Ordered end of November 2025 it’s now mid January 2026. First lot ordered without prescription then attached one later then ordered a second lot with a script both as per tracking information are in Melbourne customs. Would avoid find another way.

They sell you the product without explicitly telling you that you need a prescription. It's deceptive and coercive tactics and it took weeks to get a refund. Their refund policy is inconsistent with Australian and UK consumer law. Shop elsewhere!

I've ordered multiple products and completed payment. I have received emails regarding the placing of an order but without any order info (price, product).

The email says it cannot be shipped without a prescription. They offer an unaffiliated company that might be able to provide a prescription to nicotine pouches for $67 after I pay $10 for a prescription to E-cigs.
