I bought the friends faces socks. It was a fun gift for a friend’s 50th, with photos of a group of us at various parties over the years - and you did a brilliant job. The photos I provided weren’t very good, but I’m so happy with what you did with them! Thanks - it was a real hit with our friends.

Just Great Customer Service, fast reply helpful and Friendly.

Delayed processing my urgent order and therefore the item arrived too late to use. I paid for express shipping expecting my order to be a priority but that was far from the truth. Severe lack of customer service and no suggestion of a refund.

Ordered because it said they’d arrive before Father’s Day and they didn’t. When I spoke to customer service they offered nothing in the form of any sort of apology. Rubbish at it was my husbands first Father’s Day. Won’t be re using, very disappointed.

Bought socks for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately the photograph on the first pair was not good so was disappointed. After chatting to Hannah on line I sent a much clearer photograph. Black dogs are not easy to photograph anyway .The second pair are brilliant and my friend loves them and says socks are very comfy too.Thanks again Hannah for your help and patience

Die Lieferung dauert dementsprechend länger was aber kein Problem darstellt.
Ich bin mit der Qualität der Socken super zufrieden ! Sehr angenehm zu tragen.
Auch bei Reklamationen ist das Team sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und kommen einen entgegen.

Best socks ever! Material and the fit is just perfect but first I fell in love with the colours and figures. Both me and my husband love these. I wish some day you´ll have reseller in Europe, so that we don´t need to pay VAT (24% more).

I ordered a pair of socks as a gift but did not realize the company was in the UK. (I'm in the states) The shipping time was a little longer than anticipated, but I received fabulous support from customer service while tracking down my order. Thanks so much to Hannah and Hexxee. Ps, the socks arrived on time and they are awesome! Will be buying more.

Great Customer service and the socks are fab.

What can I say?! These socks are brilliant! They are super comfy and certainly attract a lot of attention! I've lost count of the times people have asked me where my socks are from! From Hiking, working out or playing football, these are perfect for any occasion! It wasn't until my last order that I realized how many previous orders I have made.... I think I'm addicted! Customer service is spot on too, Hannah is always quick to reply and help with queries!

Après 2 mois, un reshipping et de nombreux mails, je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande.

Very disappointing.

Package posted on 9th of December. Expected for Xmas, never arrived, had to email to find out where it was to be told it's due to royal mail strikes. Come 29th of December still no sign, I had to contact them again and got the same reply I have however recieved other packages ordered later than this from royal mail with no delay. Contacted company again in the new year and have recieved no correspondence back whatsoever. Very very disappointing, especially given the price for a single pair of socks, I would avoid.

These socks are adorable and great quality! They were able to fit all 7 grandkids on the socks and my parents loved them!

The test of a company is not what they get right or wrong, as mistakes can often happen, but how they right their wrongs, and how customer focussed they are.
I bought some socks, for my sin to give to his mum for Xmas, which had an error in the production. However, despite it being 5 days before Xmas, and a postal strike to boot, jonny, hannah and his team corrected the mistake, and had a fresh, correct pair couriered to us, just in the nick of time, making my 10 year old the happiest boy now ! Thankyou for all you've done, you've gone above and beyond and is much appreciated. Have a fab crimbo guys, you've made ours a lot happier.
