Sofa is unbelievable! Love it!
Delivery drivers that are used are not the best ended up telling them to just leave it and I ended up doing it myself as they where just knocking it into every wall etc.

Being kept up to date after placing the order can be improved, heard nothing for over a week after paying for the sofa, ended up having to call them to find out what was going on.

Would still recommend however as amazing sofa for a reasonable price.

Tignes corner sofa - Rabbit

Sofa is perfect. Delivery guys were very on time, brought it in and assembled it for me. No complaints, was a little weary of some of the bad reviews but my friend had used them before. Don’t listen to the bad reviews.

The delivery came very quickly and the delivery men were polite and tidy. The staff in the store were very helpful and the Sofa speaks for itself, gorgeous sofa.

The delivery was quick, they came on time, set the sofa up and took the rubbish away, the couch is perfect for us, we love it , thank you very much very study and perfect colour.

The order was simple and straight forward. When I was contacting Sofa and Friends was helpfull and try to give me as much information as possible. I was just disapointed with delivery and processing time since sofa been delivered week and half before delivery.
Delivery itself was very chaotic and rushed because was other company doing it. The drivers were on the wrong address first and calling that nobody is responding the doorbell, and after sending message with address again they make it to the house after 20 minutes .

This is my second sofa and I love it. Delivered on a day I requested no problems from to finish with the service.

I purchased the tignes sofa last June, the lady in store was very helpful and helped arranged quick delivery for as soon as I’d moved into my flat. Delivery was less than 5 days after purchase.
The delivery guys were kind and friendly even though it was stressful trying to fit the sofa in!
The best sofa I have ever purchased. I will never buy from a main high street brand again.
6 months later I had an issue with a pillow , I contacted sofa and friends on instagram and they arranged for a new pillow for me free of charge.
You’d never get this sort of customer service with a high street brand!
Would 100% recommend, very good quality sofas and customer service!

Early delivery after Christmas I was not expecting that but what a lovely surprise.
Big shout out to the 2 delivery guys they went above and beyond to get my sofa in as it was not going through my front door lol.
There patience and expertise they got it in through my back door minus a fence panel that we took out to get in,but nothing was to much trouble and helped me from having a breakdown lol.
We absolutely love our sofa and my friends love it too they are looking to order one they love it that much and even my husky Jack approves.

Great communication from order right up to delivery.
Delivery took bit longer as the Tignes in rabbit was sold out but well worth the wait.

Today we’ve received our new sofa. The delivery took a little bit but the living room turned out very cozy. Take care when ordering corner sofas because there are left and right corner.

From visiting the showroom, to having to rearrange delivery to actual delivery was superb service. Great advice in the showroom re requirements to fit the sofa in and things we hadn’t thought about. To last minute issues that meant I had to change my delivery slot last minute, which was fine with no problem. The delivery were patient whilst we finished taking the window out whilst there and helping and carefully getting the new sofa in. Shoes off, no mess. Highly recommend 5 🌟

This sofa exceeded my expectations. The design is modern and elegant, the cushions are firm yet comfortable, and the fabric feels durable and soft. Assembly was easy, and delivery was smooth. It’s perfect for relaxing .

Writing this review after a year of using my sofa, and I just want to say a big "thank you" to Sofas and Friends' team.
I had a big trouble with my too narrow entrance, and there was not much furniture I could fit in. And I just loved the idea of being able to just split sofa onto 2 parts. As a pleasant bonus - the sofas are very stylish and comfy, aaaand there was a promotion. Honestly, can't recommend this shop enough!

Ordered on website. Delivery within a week by the nicest and most respectful delivery team. Updated at all stages or ordering/ delivery process. I was nervous to begin with as hadn’t actually seen the sofa in real life. After seeing it on social media for a while I took the plunge. So happy with the purchase. Tignes right corner in rabbit. Absolutely beautiful sofa, quality is amazing. If you’re thinking about using this company, don’t hesitate!
