First time buyer from Software Beat. Will be looking for a couple of other downloads soon. Software bear will be the first one i use. 100% good.

I bought a copy of Windows 7 to upgrade my laptop from Windows Vista. Software Bear provided great service and assistance when it proved difficult to install. Unfortunately, my device is incapable of that particular upgrade and in order to install the software, it would be necessary to delete all the programmes & files and go back to basic settings. I therefore decided it was not worth the hassle. Software Bear provided even more excellent service by giving me a full refund as I was not going to make use of my purchase. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. I would happily go to Software Bear for any other software needs which may arise in the future.

Me fue perfecto y a la primera que introduje el codigo, aun asi me enviaron posibles soluciones por si hubiera problema.

Excellent service and aftercare with helping with questions relating to installation. Also a price that is amazing.

Vendedor serio y responsable, recomiendo este vendedor.

Extremely fast and reliable service. The products worked perfectly and exactly as promised.

I ordered this Microsoft Office from Amazon. I expected it to come in the form of a CD to download. In fact, having queried this, I received a phone call - from England! - explaining that I would simply have to download a code. Well I did and the downloading process was totally idiot proof. The customer service is excellent and I would recommend Software Bear to anyone.

I bought my product through Amazon and was very pleased with the prompt service and the software. When I had a hick-up this was dealt with by Harry swiftly and successfully. I would use the new company in the future.

serious value products and extreamely fast reponse time to my queries would recommend to anyone.

I used this company through Amazon and the program I purchased downloaded and worked 100% perfect first time and every time since. Thanks guys

I bought a copy of Windows 7 from them when they were trading on Amazon. The download and installation was pretty straightforward however within a few days it was saying the key code provided by them on email was not valid. They replied to my messages quickly and sorted me out with a new key code which has worked fine. I'm really happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Fast, efficient service. Very helpful when contacted. Will be a returning customer. Thanks Dan.

To be honest I was very skeptical at first with the price of the software. After purchasing and receiving the key not once did I have any problems or hiccups, definitely will be using their services again.

Was a bit sceptical about buying the Windows 10 licence but I thought for this price I've got nothing to lose. Had issue trying to register with Microsoft. Emailed them and within minutes they had responded and guided me through the process of registering directly with Microsoft. Will definitely be checking out their other products. Great price and superb customer experience

Bought from them once, great price, no problems at all, easy to deal with good communictions

Used them once. Had prob which was resolved in no time. Would use again

They supplied me with keys for Microsoft software literally by return mail. After finding that my system was not compatible with the software after using their excellent communications (reply's to emails within the hour), they offered a full refund. that is what I call customer service and I highly recommend them. I will buy from them again should I need more software.
