Fast answers and good prices. My product arrived on time and just what I ordered

I have now purchased 3 security systems from this company Every time the transaction went smoothly . Customer service answered my questions and the ordering online was not a problem at all. Nice fast shipping .

I've already owned 2 previous Samsung security systems and have plenty of cameras. Ordered the 16 port DVR and it works great. Clear picture, updated version. Love it, will do it again.

They shipped defective product. I contacted them multiple times for a label to return the product. After not receiving the label for a week, I contacted Amazon for help. Refurbmania (Soltech Security) replied:
"What part of contact us so we can get this sorted did you not understand? This all seems like a scam to receive a free unit. Just know that we have all your information and will be reporting this incident"

Stay away from them!!!

Honestly, I bought a Samsung monitor from them through Amazon. It worked for 5 months then the charging port got loose on the monitor. I tried contacting Samsung, Wisenet and Hanwha and they said that Amazon is not an authorized reseller of this product. Soltech should know and most likely knows this because I see that the serial number looks modified on the camera and is not under warranty anymore even though I bought it 5 months ago. Probably a secondhand company selling secondhand items.
Do not buy from this company, buy DIRECT!!!

The item I purchased does not work. And in order to return it I have to pay the shipping costs. Which technically doesn’t give me a full refund in return.

I was told what i would need, the price was good, shipping was fast, couldn't be any better. Thank you.

Item was competitively priced; arrived one day late. Initial set up was simple. Had issues with mobile set up; WiseNet support solved the issue in one phone call.

Courteous help, and prompt delivery.

The remote control wasn’t included in my package so I had to buy one. I know the company comes out way ahead when it is the responsibility of the customer to keep receipts but do you have ANY idea how many lose them, misplace them, or can’t remember where they put them? It is just money in the coffers. One of the camera’s night capabilities isn’t working-just got the entire system working today but noticed the camera wasn’t working last night. As I can’t find my receipt, I absolutely hate having to call the company. Horrid customer relations.
