We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from the team since they took over the management of our property in Birmingham.

The whole process of transferring the property into their management was handled very smoothly and professionally. Since then, they have done an excellent job of attracting regular guests each month, while also making sure the property is looked after and maintained to a very high standard.

Communication has been good, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing that the property is being properly managed, cared for and regularly occupied without us having to be involved in the day-to-day running of it.

What we particularly value is the completely hands-off service they provide. They take care of the whole process for us, including managing bookings, dealing with guest enquiries and communication, arranging cleaning between stays, and taking care of any maintenance issues that arise. They also ensure the property is regularly occupied with guests each month and that everything is kept running smoothly.

We are very happy with the service so far and would certainly recommend them to other property owners looking for a reliable and professional management company.
