The round neck styles are so lovely. Definitely my favourite out of the range I’ve tried!

My swimsuit is PERFECT. I was looking for a good quality onepiece for travelling next year that will withstand snorkelling, diving, boat trips etc. the quality (thickness, fit and colour) is outstanding. It’s so flattering on my size 10-12 body. I’m actually waiting to get a bikini hehe. I really contemplated whether £80 for a swimsuit was worth it but I can truly say I feel it is for a SoSo Swim. They even come in little canvas bags! Also, customer service is top notch. Thank you ladies!! Xox

I bought a one piece suit and It wasn’t quite a match for me, also I accidentally cut it while opening the package… Despite all of the that SoSo Swim responded me with kind understanding, replace my swimsuit and were very supportive on my way to get the perfect fit! Now, I’m writing this from the beach at could be more happy in my new swimsuit.

the swim suit it self is nice, the material feels like good quality. the sizing is so off i brought an xs and its so baggy around the bum area i cannot even wear them.

I really wanted to love these suits. They have such nice shapes and color combinations but unfortunately due to the material camel toe is out of control. This isn’t something I struggle with on the reg so it’s def the suit material. I order two different swimsuits and they both are that way. Even bought something to help but due to material you can see the patch.

Hear me out - This is a small boutique swimwear company that mostly does online orders. These bathing suits are on the higher end cost wise and so customer service, especially via email, should be top priority.

I ordered a swim suit this Sunday. Realized that the size was wrong, and within the same non working day sent them an email, asking them to please switch my size. It was on a Sunday, so it could have been caught for Monday morning.

It’s now Thursday, and I’ve sent them 3 emails, and a follow up on their website chat box in order to get in touch with them.

Absolute radio silence.

However, when I just checked another negative review that was posted on trusted pilot 3 days prior, they have already responded.

Customer communication and service doesn’t seem high up on their priority list.

I am also from a different North American country where I will be paying high import fees for their swimwear. This has definitely left a not SoSo amazing taste in my mouth. Will be needing a return and won’t be purchasing again from this company in the future.

I bought the wired bikini top and after 3 uses while backpacking, the fabric next to the wire started to rip and rub against my skin causing a red rash. I can’t wear this bikini now and they haven’t responded to my emails. Wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them as their customer service is shocking - no offer of refund or exchange unless I pay to send it back which is ridiculous when it was poorly made.

I had been wanting to buy from soso for so so long. Purchased two pieces in size 14. Love them against my complexion! Would love to buy a swimming costume too but waiting for my size to come back in stock

I ordered a small, and it was way too small for me and went too far up my bum, wedgie central - and then I returned it - the hygiene sticker on and everything. I then followed up for a refund, and they wrote to me telling me the swimsuit was extremely dirty and that they cannot issue me a refund. But they could send it back to me. I couldn't even believe how they managed to do that, as I tried it on once. I asked for photos to prove it - I didn't hear back. I wrote to them 3 more times, then someone called Gemma - wrote and told me she had "already written to me once before" and then "attached the photos" - I have never had an email from her, it wasn't in our chain back and forth and there were no photos attached even though she claimed to. I would avoid this company at all costs. Still haven't received my refund, nor my swimsuit back at all because I still don't believe it was dirty so i'd rather re-sell it to try to get money back. What is wrong with people.

So disappointed. I have a swimming costume which I’ve had for a few years and I love it! However I recently purchased the wired bikini size L and the matching bottoms. The bikini is a joke. I’m a size 6/8 32D and the bikini top didn’t even cover me. It was a very strange shape that I’ve never ever seen in a bikini. The quality was honestly shocking, and like something from shein. I’m so disappointed as I love my swimming costume, but the quality in the bikini is a huge difference. The fact I then have to pay to return them, when it’s clearly a fault of theirs is even more frustrating.

Amazing quality, love my new swimsuit! Will be purchasing a bikini as well for my next holiday

I was a little worried bc I read other reviews about long shipping, but my swimsuit came pretty quickly and it’s sooo cute!

I’ve purchased two of their swimsuits, and I love them both! The quality are amazing, and they are very flattering. My bikini did take a while to ship, and I did end up having to message them. The customer service responded quickly and were able to resolve any issues I had.

Really love the bikini it's so flattering and the quality is amazing so worth the price! Delivery took a long time but they kept us up to date on the new estimated delivery and gave the option for refunding.

Honestly so gutted about this experience as this took some mulling over to spend this much money on swimwear.
I received no delivery details so queried where my order was, which they explained they'd got their stock levels wrong and would I like to amend my order to colours that were in stock. Due to the quick nature of that communication, I thought, why not? I should've just cut and run there. Since amending the order, I'm yet to hear anything about delivery and have been emailing and messaging their AI Bot every day but not received any response.
Such a disappointing experience that I imagine will be a long and gruelling effort to get my money back.

If I were you, I wouldn't risk it!

I have ordered from Soso Swim three times in the past year. The first two orders in July 2024, and they passed seamlessly. Arrived to Canada within about 10 days from the initial order date.
The third order was placed at the end of May 2025, and I received it at the beginning of July 2025…. I communicated with their team back and forth for a while, they responded within 1-2 days usually, and they responded that they were backlogged on orders and catching up. They did offer to cancel the order for me but I opted to wait. It did leave later than initially stated on the order confirmation page, and also later than they were stating in their emails. Eventually, about 6 weeks later the order arrived. They offered a 15% refund for the wait which I accepted.
The pieces themselves are great quality, colours are accurate to the website (black, tangerine). The sizes are running small FYI. Usually I wear S on top and M on bottom. I always size up in Soso, so I got a M surf top and L shorts bottom… I should have sized up 2 sizes because they are both quite tight! Causes a bit of bulging, pinching on the shirt — a muffin top, and a pretty awful camel toe on the swim shorts. I am considering placing another order for the size bigger cuz they look great otherwise (just not on me)
