Ordered a waterproof dog coat size 14". When it arrived, i could zip up the coat as it was too small. I return asking for to change for the next size 16". That arrived but was over 5" too big & just hung off my dog. There's definately more than a 2"size variance between them.

First time buyer. Vet bed arrived on time, well packed with care instructions and an actual thank you on the packing note. Product compares very well with existing beds we have, in fact we ordered a second which has just arrived and we're equally happy with the bed, the delivery and the service.
Will definitely buy from this company in the future

Ordered a large piece of vet bedding for a litter of puppies That were expected any day. The puppies arrived early, the vet bed hadn't come - I didn't have a clean bed to move the new-born pups onto.
I did receive a strange message from the courier which said that the parcel had been retained with their handler and it would now not be delivered until 4th December.
I contacted Soul Destiny via Amazon and asked what the delay was. I received a very speedy reply, apologising and offering to send out another vetbed for next day delivery! And they did exactly that!! Puppies moved very quickly to clean, dry bedding . . . 😊

Exceptional customer service from start to finish! I ordered a waterproof coat for my collie, and what a brilliant coat it is for him! It has cuffs to stop the weather and dirt getting in, it’s easy to put on and he’s a happy chappy in it too! But wanted to give a special mention to Danielle for her wonderful customer service! I ordered the wrong size (cm instead of inches) she cancelled my order and sent my new order straight away, then it was a little tight on him so I ordered the next size up and asked to return the original one, absolutely no issues whatsoever. She’s fast at responding despite I’m sure being very busy the week before Xmas, and so understanding. I’ll definitely order from soul destiny again! Fab service, great coat too! Thanks again

Great quality product (wax coat) but unfortunately it was a gift and didn't fit my friends dog. Customer service accepted the return and provided a full refund. Good company very helpful….i didn’t know what size the dog all in one coat to buy as it included legs in the suit,they told me which to get and it fitted absolutely perfect…I received the coat for my dog and the zip became faulty,they replaced it straight away that day after me phoneing and once I received it for me to return the faulty one!

My lab/collie has had allergy and further skin probs, with a large loss of fur.
This Anacol coat has done the trick.
It's lightweight, keeps the wind rain & chill off but let's his skin breathe.
It has a harness hole as well. It's easy to take off when they are running about

We ordered a dog suit back in 2021 and with the snow last week tried it on our Springer for the first time, only to find that it was too small.
Asked if an exchange was possible even at this late date and it was. Swift exchange and now ready for the next snow.

Ordered via the website with RoyalMail 48hr tracked. Order not received as of yet and its been nearly 5 days now inc weekend. It was the first time I bought from this website and not happy at all.

Ordered a dog harness Thursday and it was despatched same day. Unfortunately it did not fit my dog and returned it on Monday at 2.30pm, at 1.30pm today ((Tuesday) I received an email advising my payment had been refunded, how amazing is that! We recently bought two 150x150cm vet bedding mats for our guinea pigs indoor runs. The mats have been brilliant and saved us so much time and money because we no longer have to wash so many towels. I calculate that in just 6 weeks we will have recovered our outlay for the mates because of using less electric to wash the towels.They are perfect for our pigs.
I spoke to the company a few weeks later who gave me some tips about cutting them to the shape of their indoor runs.
150x150 cm mats will go into a washing machine but it's a bit of a push. Suggest that anyone who wants them for guinea pig runs gets them cut to the size of the run and they will fit and wash a lot easier.
