It a very interesting business model for P-P lending.

The platform lending appear very well secured and managed. There is copious Due Diligence information readily available and questions are answered promptly and helpfully.

Although I am still a new subscriber and it will be some time before I reap the rewards of my investments, I have to say I have a good feeling about Sourced Capital.

All appears to be very open and transparent and unusually, the "Live chat" function with Relationship Manager John provides instant contact with a knowledgeable human being. This is indeed unusual in modern web platforms and I find it reassuring.

Time to sit back and watch for a while now and see how my new venture develops.

Straight forward company to invest with. Stephen Moss is a great guy. Investor platform needs to be better though as no updates. I think they are working on it.

Just completed my second investment, i am a property person so i love reading the due diligence documents and selecting the projects i want to invest into. The returns are great and i love the updates as the projects progress. I have recommended these guys to a few investors and always had good feedback, keep up the good work!

I invested with Sourced Capital after a friend recommended them, I found the team to be really helpful and knowledgeable, i have invested in other sectors over the past five years and wanted something that provided an element of security yet generated a great return. The project I invested in has been in operation for two months and I have received two monitoring reports which were really detailed with progression pictures, Very pleased with my investment to date.

Very interesting peer to peer concept with many different projects to invest into.

Communication is key, John keeps me updated with new opportunities as well as updates to the projects I have invested into.

A very easy company to deal with. Everything was dealt with efficiently and I was kept informed at every stage. No complaints whatsoever.

I've just completed my first investment using Sourced and had the funds plus interest returned, slightly later than predicted but that was expected due to the current covid lockdown and the virtual shut down of the property market in the UK.

Overall I like it, the reason for the 4 stars is mainly due to the success of the platform, as I've stated, I've just have completed my first investment, but there's nothing to reinvest the capital into at the moment, new investments are soon fully funded and I can't see a secondary market if you need to liquidate your funds quickly.

The only other issue is you tie up your funds as soon as you pledge them, which to be fair is the same as the majority of P2P platforms, this hopefully should only be a short amount of time as it's property and no one likes property deals to be hanging about as there's always a chance it could fall through if the seller needs to complete quickly.

Sourced only lends to franchises, I feel this may be a little more secure as the platform has a vested interest in the borrower making a success of the project.

As this moment in time I am looking to add more funds into the platform but only when there's investments available, no one likes to have money sat around waiting.

My first peer to peer investment and it was very smooth and stress free. I am sure it won’t be the last.
