I’ve relied on South London Heating for boiler servicing and repairs for several years and can’t recommend them highly enough. They provide a reliable and trustworthy service. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous and aim to resolve issues on the first visit whenever possible. They are very good about advising on the most cost effective way to address issues and I’ve found their charging practices to be extremely fair and transparent.

Prompt response to Boiler Service request, engineer arrived on time and completed the work in good time. Great customer service.

Our boiler fault was quite complex to diagnose. John did a great job, working out what the problem was, checking with the manufacturer, then fitting a new part.
The office staff, and all admin communications were friendly and efficient.

We needed a new boiler pretty quickly as ours was old and on its very last legs. The quote online on their website was a brilliant start as it gave us an immediate idea of the cost. We wanted to have a Vaillant boiler, so all was arranged in no time and after a chat and survey, the boiler was replaced in no time. The job done was good and neat. Really happy.

Dealing with South London Heating is always a pleasure. They have now both installed a boiler for me a few years ago and this time replaced and repaired some radiators and did a flush. Their front of house admin are responsive and understanding, and the engineer who came out was efficient, courteous and friendly and very tidy. And I now have a spanky new radiator in my new bathroom that looks great and a toasty warm flat again.

The engineer arrived promptly, as per appointment, carried out a thorough check and service and didn’t mind answering my various questions about what he was doing (I am a curious customer and many tradesmen do not like that :))

South London Heating were amazing! We were having real issues with the hot water coming through to the shower and other taps so we needed a new boiler. Lucy K. was really helpful and managed to book us in really quickly for one to be fitted, and kept us updated throughout the process. George Lands was brilliant, a really hard worker, very diligent and made us feel really comfortable. We can't thank them enough!! They did a really thorough job from start to finish.

Great customer service and friendly Service Techs.

After the initial contact, Mark visited the property and pointed out my 15mm pipe leading to the old and faulty boiler.
This has never been noticed but was of utter importance because it meant that a 25kw boiler was the most powerful I could have. The pipework was also like picadilly circus.

A very detailed and clear quote was produced, adding things like new TRVs that were no longer working.
This was not a straightforward job, being on the second floor and a recent boiler installed incorrectly with the overflow pipe just sticking out of a large hole, dripping straight out into the garden below, along with the flu sticking out a gaping hole.

The installer, Louis was very professional and extremely thorough, working magic removing everything and setting up the new boiler with such care and devotion.

I have had thr boiler in for 3 days now, with absolutely no faults or problems.

Mark, the owner and he does with every single boiler instillation his company carry out. Now that is the pier de resistance for me.

They came round within a day and their friendly engineer sorted my problem quickly. Price was reasonable, too.

The engineer, Jamie, who installed our new boiler was excellent. Installation and power flush was done in one long day. All professionally done with minimum fuss. On the day, the remote controller we ordered had not arrived so they called, upgraded and fetched another at cost. However, he couldn't get the remote controlled bits to work despite a long time trying, but came back the next working morning to get it all sorted. Made sure all was in order and we understood the system and controls.

I have just had my boiler replaced with South London Heating Limited - a fantastic experience from start to finish (both with engineers and office staff). Polite, courteous and punctual. Have used this company for a few years since they fitted my boiler a while ago. Had my annual service this week - always on time, always polite, straight forward job. Other firms I used before I found these guys always found some dubious fault to fix, but this company never do. Trust them completely.
