AWFUL. Terrible bedside manner. Jumped to euthanasia!
AWFUL Terrible bedside manner. I was in town for a few months for work and unable to see our regular vet when my dog started peeing blood. Not only did we wait 5 hours to receive care, but the vet here jumped to talking about taking steps to euthanasia when we simply needed antibiotics for a UTI. The vet said my dog, who is usually extremely relaxed, would not let them take her temperature or vitals, which tells me the vet was too aggressive with her. My dog has heart disease, of which this vet knew of but them not being my dog's primary vet or cardiologist and mentioning anything about euthanasia was in extremely poor taste. I had to wait until we were home 3 months later to see our regular care team who adjusted my dog's meds and gave a healthy 2-4 year life expectancy prognosis. But until then, I was mentally preparing myself to say goodbye and it was agonizing. I do NOT recommend this urgent care.
