Had a minor issue with the soft-close feature on a wardrobe door, purchased over 3 years ago. Web Sales Exec Mat was super-responsive with a clear explanation of how to resolve our problem. This meant we were able to fix it ourselves, at no cost. Very happy with the outcome, but particularly with the efficiency and clarity of response. Thanks Mat! We continue to be delighted with our full set of sliding doors.

I called into Spaceslide to have a look see what was available for a project I had been mulling over for sometime. Andy Guerney (Sheffield) was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the styles and options available . He arranged a site visit and this week I had my wardrobes fitted. Couldn't be happier with them so far. The fitters Ben and Charlie were excellent too, thanks to you all.

Good product and installation would buy again.
only gripe was the choice of colour that we were persuaded to go with but that's really our fault for not sticking to our original decision instead of taking others opinions

I had fitted wardrobes in one of the bedrooms and had previously worked with Spaceslide a couple of years ago for another room. The experience was great, I worked with the sales team and they pulled the order together after I took a couple of measurements. On the day of the fitting we prepared the room as required, and the fitter did a great job, he arrived on time and cleared up after. The results were great, love the wardrobes - Thank you Spaceslide. :-)

This company is a great one to deal with when choosing fitted wardrobes. They are priced fairly. I’ve dealt with other companies in the past and been very disappointed with the quality of product & badly fitted.
This company deal with your queries immediately. They listen to the customer.
When the day came to fit wardrobes I was given a call the night before to confirm time. The guy fitting wardrobes arrived on time. He set up all his equipment and even changed his footwear so he wasn’t walking in any mess from outside. He cleaned up after the job had finished. Throughout fitting he made sure you were happy with his work. There is a drawing plan to work with so you know what to expect. All in all an impressive company!

Updated: dropped 1 star, as fixing a faulty component is taking way too long… 1 month and counting…
Had 2 visits to ‘fix’ the fault (& another visit cancelled by them, at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances - ok, these things happen), which blocks out most of the day each time.
Fix works for a couple of hours and then fails. It would have been much simpler & quicker to replace the component.

Great service - from showroom to installation.

Excellent from our first visit to the showroom to installation complétion.

We used the Sheffield department of Spaceslide for our fitted wardrobes. They are situated in Woodhouse Mill.
Andy Greaney called to our house and designed us a practical and working solution to accommodate our requirements. He is very knowledgeable and showed us possibilities that we had never considered. He provides a very professional service and is a stickler for detail. He is only happy when you are happy.
Once the order was placed Stef kept us up to speed at every stage of the manufacture process and fitting dates.
When it finally came to fitting, both Ben and Charlie showed great quality and attention to detail. They were very polite and really did take care when carrying all the heavy items into the house. Once completed you would not have known they had been.
All in all a very professional company, and I can’t thank everyone at Spaceslide enough, thank you.

I wanted to take a moment to express my thanks for the exceptional consultation Andy provided. His expertise, attention to detail and thoughtful suggestions made the experience enjoyable. It is clear he has a genuine passion for his work and it shows in the quality of service he delivers.

It didn't end there the communication throughout was perfect. The actual installation was smooth and I appreciated the care taken for hall carpets. Final product was amazing both in quality and cost. Definitely recommend, already have to friends!

Spaceslide did an excellent job fitting our new wardrobes.

Really good experience from start to finish.
We visited the Lichfield showroom and Sophie was very attentive, listened to what we wanted and put some designs together. Once she had been out to measure and we had decided on a design, she was always at the end of the phone with any queries or tweaks I wanted to make before I confirmed on the order.
The fitters were also really lovely and professional, really grateful that we left the room empty upon Sophie’s request, making it easier for them to build the wardrobes. They checked with me throughout the build, which side I wanted the shelves, how high for the hanging rail etc. they were also really tidy, took all the mess with them and hoovered up before they left.
Overall we are really pleased with our new wardrobes and drawers, really reasonable price and will definitely be back.

Just Purchased a set of sliding doors from the Hemel Hempstead showroom.

My partner and I have had a truly fantastic experience with the Spaceslide Hemel Hempstead team from start to finish.

Nimesh has been exceptionally patient and supportive throughout the process of designing and ordering our dream built-in wardrobes.
