I am very thankful for the great customer service and going above and beyond by this company. They ensured a project would be completed in time and they stood by their words. It was delayed in shipment and I worried it would not arrive in time, they took care of a new order production and shipped it out next day with an expedited delivery so I could have it in time by the promised date.

I was surprised to receive a product that wasn’t glass. Especially for the price I was expecting something higher quality. It also had some scratches I’ll have to paint over. It’s beautiful but very expensive for what it is.

I accidentally sent in the wrong picture and immediately emailed and sent the right one. I was nervous the wrong one would be used but the company emailed me back right away and was able to resolve the issue. My memorial sign came out great. I was also surprised it was wood and not plastic. I'm very pleased with it. It also was shipped right away, I think I got it within 3-4 days.

The sign looks great only there are no holes. Now I have to find someone who can put holes in it to hang. The last one was shipped with holes.

They aren't lying when they say "speedy"! I placed an order (that I needed help with initially, and customer service was amazing), and I had a proof within hours. I had some changes, and they made them immediately, and then shipped my order! I believe, in total, from order to delivery, it was 4 days. Not only are they speedy, but the product is amazing! Wasn't what was advertised on website catfish item compared to pictures

The sign looks very plastic. I can buy a mirror and decal for way cheaper and make it look way better. I’m very disappointed in my order and I sent an email right away with still no response. I do not recommend this product as it looks cheap yet I paid $230 for literal plastic. Don’t waste your time or money please.
