You pay a premium for dpd delivery…
You pay a premium for dpd delivery which has been stuck in Leeds for the last 30 hours! Very disappointing

I do apologise that dpd have had your parcel stuck at there depot
I have contacted dpd who advised us that they did have issues at there depot but the parcels will move through tonight for delivery tomorrow
As you will see we did ship your order on time but dpd had a issue at their depot this is something that is Beyond our control
We feel yiur review does not reflect realistically on our service as there was nothing more we could have done
Unfortunately sometimes there is rare occasions like this with carries but again the 2 star review should definitely not be given to us as this is in no way our fault
