I’m writing as we speak a complaint against the online gaming site SpinAway.com at igaming Ontario. After winning $2,500, I attempted to withdraw my winnings, only to be informed that I needed to fulfill wagering requirements due to a bonus I had received.
I complied, spending over 15 hours playing. My balance eventually dropped to $1,000, and the site confirmed that the wagering requirement had been completed 100%, making the funds eligible for withdrawal.
However, after submitting my withdrawal request and waiting several days, I received an email stating it had been denied due to a supposed “bonus violation” tied to a single $5 wager. This claim is completely false—my bets were consistently under $2. Even if such a rule exists, it was never made clear and appears to be used arbitrarily to withhold legitimate winnings.
To make matters worse, they credited my account with $250 as a so-called “gesture of goodwill,” which feels more like a tactic to avoid paying the full amount I’m owed.
I strongly believe this is a deceptive practice and they are doing everything they can in order not to pay me what I am owe.

If I can give no start, I would. This site is scammer site, you can’t never withdraw any money out of it, it would constantly keep give excuses to hold your withdrawal, I play many casino sites, this for sure it’s one of the worst, you better off ply somewhere else.

In last 3 months I opt in for free spins with deposit..I do not receive. Go to HELP they do absoloutly nothing.no help and just scam to get you to deposit more

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I deposited $100 and won, cashed out at $300. Once I was verified, the money was in my account within an hour.

At first, Spinaway would pay me. This year my credit card was compromised and I had to change it. They’ve updated my card in their system but in order to get paid I need to verify my account AGAIN! they keep asking me to verify documents not associated with the new card. I don’t know if it’s new management (scammers) but I’ve provided all documentation they asked for (over 10 documents, I have nothing left to give) and they will not not pay me . I currently have a withdrawal of $2000. Don’t waste your money, there is so many other gambling sites that won’t scam you and you can actually talk to someone if there is a problem. i have multiple people responding to an email and non of them read what the other wrote. So they say the same thing over and over. Just going to give up and delete my account soon. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALL the NEGATIVE reviews ARE TRUE! As I played a few $100 bonuses is a sneaky sneaky way to money grab from you. If doesn't do no good pay out, only by $20 AND yes they are right. You gotta play and play until it's lowered to a shxxty amount where you can finally take it out which is back down to $50. This site is a total scam, only pay out every few months after you put lots in to make it seem like you finally won. But in reality you won HALF back what you've been putting in. Barely.

This site was difficult at first with verification after that they were super quick. First time user. Desposited 30 and won 500. Very pleased that withdrawl was quick. Will continue to use.

Having so much trouble getting my withdrawal. Keep sending documents and takes a day for them to get back to me if it's approved or not. No one is answering emails. Go to Betty quicker withdrawals with no hassle. Spin away has no problem taking your money just make you jump through hopps and your first born to get your winnings

I've been trying to get my withdrawal for over a week now. They keep saying I don't have the "right" document. I've sent them probably 10 different documents and even told them this is a lot of personal information I'm giving you to get my 350.00 win. They emailed back that now they need my credit card info. I send it. Then now they need my checking info. I send it. Now they say my documents are unverifiable, so they won't verify my account. They just will not give me my money. So they have all of my private banking information for two bank accounts and my identification information, and still they can't verify anything. I'm going to have to call a couple of third parties to help sort this out. It's not fair after I have spent a lot of money there. I'm angry they won't help me or listen to me. Do NOT play this casino.

I thought I would give them another shot benefit of doubt.this time ripped me for 110 bucks telling me my insurance paperwork .and receipt isn't good enouph meanwhile the paperwork is 100% legit

they are scammers. I deposited 250CAD and made 500. they dont even pay, they just keep asking for documents and eventhough you provide, they ask more until they find something impossible to get. Upon verification for withdrawal, they banned me for no reason, when i ask about that they became silent. I am reporting them to the igaming Ontario so their license be revoked. I will repeat this for their other states as well make sure Canada get rid of this bloodsucker cheap scammers
