I have been waiting for my product for over a week from the final distribution center. I have not been contacted by the delivery services. I am a very disappointed in the services. The product may be good, but without receiving it, how can I rate it.

Never Again Will I Buy from SpinLife
The sales representatives gave me the wrong information on a transport wheelchair, but I didn’t know he was providing the wrong information until the item arrived. I sent the item back after I was hassled in January 2025 and I still have not received my refund. I emailed to check the status of the refund nearly two weeks ago and after two months and two weeks still no refund, but SpinLife has the item back already.

The gentleman who called not only answered my question, but he also added the item I had a question about (size) and emailed a link so all I had to do was click the link and pay. So easy.
