Very easy to use service. Tania got in touch the week before the event to discuss details, and arrived on time on the day. She was friendly, polite and very considerate throughout. The photos were delivered within 24 hours and are good.

This is the second time we have used Splento. The first being in 2017. Irina our photographer was on time, very easy going, but also very professional. She was very knowledgeable about the area we had chosen, and nothing was too much trouble for her.

nooroots is a nootropic supplement start-up focused on accelerating self-growth journeys. We contracted Splento to shoot 10 all important product photos for our first ever product launch! The images were delivered to an excellent quality. In a world where customer service is too automated, Gemma and the splento team took time to carefully listen to & understand our brief, execute it correctly and deal with follow on queries in a professional and timely manner. A great product & service, we look forward to working with splento again in the near future.

Our photographer Liga was absolutely brilliant. She was up and running before we arrived, and is exceptionally efficient, getting several group photos taken without fuss, smoothly and quickly but with no sense of hurry.
She went above and beyond on our day and we have a wonderful mix of formal and relaxed photos that perfectly capture our Wedding and Reception.

I booked a Splento photographer for my family gathering to celebrate my elopement. My brief was that I wanted photos of our guests. The booking process was simple and speedy, and the customer service when I couldn't access my account was great.

I was not impressed with my Splento photographer or the photos we received. The photographer did not stick to the brief, or discuss the details with me on the day and whenever I tried to steer her back to what I wanted, she seemed intent on doing her own thing and getting the photos she wanted (of us as a couple) rather than what I'd booked her for (photos of our guests and us together).

The photos we received were not what we asked for, and they were not technically great either. It was a lovely bright day and the photographer struggled with the natural light and sometimes even used flash! The angles were all wrong (she kept squatting, and wasn't very tall to begin with, but low down photos are never very flattering for anyone!) and gave no guidance whatsoever on where to stand, how to pose, or even when she was actually taking the photo so we knew when to look at her, stop talking and keep our eyes open! As a result, the few group photos we did receive were very disappointing, and a large proportion of the photos we were sent were only of the 2 of us -- not what we asked for at all. On top of that, she took us away from our guests for well over an hour so we missed out on precious time with our family, some of whom we have not seen for years and had flown from overseas.

Fabulous service. At short notice, a photographer was found local to the funeral we were arranging. Hubert arrived and he managed to take pictures, build rapport with the attendees and took pictures that will be forever part of my family's picture collections. We asked for more 'photo-journalist' type images and that is what we got. Some amazing works of art. I'm hard to please, have worked as a photographer's assistant, but Hubert Hung is amazing. Would I procure his services again? Absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt. Gemma at Splento was also brilliant.

Julia, was absolutely amazing and she has respected guests privacy. The photos look amazing.

Olga was very prompt on the day. She kept in touch regarding the shoot and very friendly. She listened to what we wanted and gave some great ideas and i LOVE the photos she took, even ones i wasn’t aware she took which looks so natural.
