I purchased ASICS GEL-Nimbus 27 from Sport Vision Serbia, and after only two weeks of normal use (just walking), the inner heel area started to tear apart. I filed a warranty claim after three months, but it was rejected with no proper explanation.

I own last year's ASICS model (GEL-Nimbus TR), same size and same type of use, and those shoes still look almost new after a full year. The difference in quality is huge.

Extremely disappointed with both the product and Sport Vision’s customer service.

The company offers a two-year warranty for the shoes it sells. The shoes are from reputable brands, but the chance to be recognized is 0. I have bought expensive shoes from them, which fall apart in 2 months, but the claims are rejected.

Παρήγγειλα ένα προϊόν, επέλεξα πληρωμή με κάρτα και παράδοση σε BoxNow, αλλά αντί γι’ αυτό η παραγγελία μου καταχωρήθηκε ως αντικαταβολή με παράδοση στο σπίτι και μεγαλύτερο κόστος.
Όταν επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά, μου είπαν ότι «επιλέξατε αντικαταβολή και παράδοση στο σπίτι» και απαντούσαν μηχανικά, σαν ρομπότ, χωρίς να εξετάσουν το ζήτημα.
