Negligence
Well, for starters honesty does not work with these people, you make money out of bonusses they sent to you then while cashing out they lock your account and remove all the winnings. I had this experience in the last 2 weeks, I made my playthrough and the amount was redeemable and right after my documents were verified while I was inserting my banking details and information they send me an email stating that I have multiple accounts that was already closed last year 2025 so I opened a new account and played a bonus of R250 that I made R1250.00 via playthrough. That winnings of mine was suppose to go to my child. Right after today on 15 January 2026 when I received a callback stating my side of the story I got an email denying my complaint and still locked my account and would not let me keep my winnings so I reported them at the National Gambling Board. Atleast I have proof of my winnings and everything that was sent vica versa. I will NEVER support this company again after this mess up because of their negligence. Everybody must be aware and do not let certain people/ businesses fool you.

My account got blocked after I won from the sign in bonus of R250 18th of November 2025 . I used my nick names (Nice ) when creating the account not being aware that I won't be able to update them on my own. I contacted the chat assistance and I spoke to Drake who adviced me to submit correct documents for verification by making a withdrawal, the verification team would update my profile details on their side after receiving my documents. I did so but on the 25th of November i made a follow-up and I was informed that my account was disabled due to security reasons. I could not login in anymore. I won R25k for playing the game but now my account was blocked. I detailed my reasons for using nick names on verification team's email and attached all the documents needed for verification but my account got blocked still. This is realy not fair. Stop taking people's money. Yes I know this is gambling but everything on here is fake.
