Mark is a lifesaver!
I’m an international student and I had just paid out-of-pocket to file my taxes on Sprintax. Literally right after I paid, my university finally sent out our free access codes. I was so stressed about losing that money on a college budget! I reached out to customer support and spoke with Mark Valentine. He was super understanding, escalated my case, and actually got me a retroactive refund for the federal fee. He replied incredibly fast and really advocated for me. Thanks for the huge help, Mark!

Excellent experience
Mark excellently assisted me in the preparation for my tax return. Having lived in the U.S. for 4 years as a Fulbright IIE participant, I could not access to Sprintax for the first time. But Mark helped me prepare a resident tax return. His response was always quick and friendly.

BEST CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE EVER
I dont like doing this things, it gets me nervous but, with the customer assistance it is so easy they will answer you in one minute not like other services where you have to send a mail and then in a fw days they answer you but they didnt solve anything so again another email and more wait, thanks to Alexander Nedelchev that hlped me with my taxes and all the sprintax staff.
